Supernatural: About Season 6 (Only has spoilers regarding Sam's mental health)
Doctor Who: Sometime during the Matt Smith seasons (No spoilers unless otherwise warned)
Metroid: Some point after the very end of the third Metroid Prime game. (there will be no spoilers, other than those regarding "Dark Samus" and Phazon.)

It was dark, the Impala's engine sputtered, making a loud crackling noise.
"Come on, Baby, only a little further, don't fail me now." His voice suddenly rang out, startling his brother.
"What..?" Sam grumbled, looking out past the dashboard of the vehicle and toward the strangely empty night sky.
"Just talking to Baby-"
"I know.. I mean.. look at the sky."
Dean looked up, seeing the stars were suddenly all hidden.
"The moon's gone too."
"No wonder it's so dark out."
Sam glanced at Dean.
"Could be some kind of apocalyptic sign?"
"Armageddon is more noticeable, Sam. I think we'd know if the world was ending. The universe doesn't usually like to give subtle hints."
Sam nodded in agreement.
"What, then?"
"Try clouds, Sam."
"We'd see if there were clouds, and plus, the moon would still shine. There's just.. nothing."
"So, space-people?" Sam rolled his eyes.
"I've seen a lot of crazy stuff, Sam, but.. Little Green men? That's cute."
"I wasn't saying-"
"I knew what you were saying."
"Sure you did."
"Sam, just.. relax."
"I'm relaxed, I'm so relaxed, you're the one who's not relaxed."
"I meant.. just.. Focus on keeping it together."
"Keeping it together? What do you mean, I'm perfectly together."
"Uh-huh, sure."
Sam looked toward Dean, and muttered something.
"What?" Dean said sharply.
"I said: I'm not a child."
"I never said you were."
"Good."
"Good."
Dean jumped in his seat.
"God!"
"Where?" A voice said, as if excited.
"Hey Cas."
"Sam, Dean."
"What?"
"The Moon is gone."
"We noticed." Dean flattened his lips.
"And..?"
"And what?"
"And, what does it mean?"
"Aren't you supposed to know that, you're the angel."
"Well.."
