REINCARNATED LOVE, A POWER RANGER ROMANCE

CHAPTER SIX - "BREAKING BLACK PART ONE"

It was a peaceful morning in Amber Beach. Amelia was rollerblading to the Dino Bite Cafe, it was Amelia's day off today, so she taught dance classes this morning. As she took her roller blades off, she walked into the cafe surprised to see a familiar face who was stood by Chase, with the team and Kendall around them.

"Moana! It's so great to see you" Amelia began to say, as she hugged her "what are you doing here."

"I've had a vision, and someone is going to steal from me! Something of great value so I asked Chase to guard my shop" Moana explained to Amelia.

"Really? Chase is gonna guard it?" Amelia asked, pretty shocked.

"Hope you have questions fire extinguisher" Kendall joked, then the whole team laughed.

"What about the police?" Chase asked.

"Ohhh, they think am crazy" Moana Laughed then she said "you have special strengths, Chase" as Chase took out his energem then Moana touched it. The team looked at each other, as they were confused on how Moana knew about Chase's energem. "Only you can help me..."

"do you want to tag along Amelia?" Chase asked her.

"Well, okay count me in." Amelia said as Moana took both hers and Chase's hand, taking them to her shop. "Don't worry we can handle this" Chase said to the team, then he suddenly tripped over the entrance display of the cafe.

Moana's shop was filled with Maori knick knacks, which were from new Zealand. Amelia looked at all Moana's stuff, whilst chase picked up a Maori mask. "Hey Moana! This Maori mask is so cool" Chase said as he placed the mask on.

Amelia soon noticed and took the mask from Chase "don't touch anything Chase" Amelia said, as Moana walked over to them.

"Now Chase you must stay alert at all times" Moana instructed chase.

"Don't you worry Moana" Amelia began to say.

"Amelia and I will protect your shop" chase added on, as he reassured Moana that they will stay focused on the task at hand.

"I'll see you both tomorrow" Moana said, then she left her shop

As they looked around, Amelia said to herself "well, we better settle in" as they found a place to keep watch. Chase stayed focused for a few hours, but slowly got bored so he began to do other things. He played video games and messed about with Moana's things.

Amelia on the other, stuck to the task at hand, by keeping an eye out for any trouble. Until her attention caught what Chase was doing, which was playing with a tiki doll that made her laugh and smile.

Hours later, they both fell asleep on the job, cuddled up together in a fur blanket. Suddenly Amelia opened her eyes, waking up to the sound of an evil laugh... which sounded like a witches cackle.

Amelia noticed that her head was laid on his chest, whilst his arm was wrapped around her. she freaked out and jumped out of Chase's hold.

Amelia looked around the shop, when her eyes caught someone entering the room.

That someone was a monster, one of Sledge's monster called Spellbinder. He resembled the features of a black crow. He was on a mission to find a powerful object, that could defeat the rangers.

"Ah yes! Soon the rangers will be under my control!" Spellbinder yelled out, which made Chase wake up.

Amelia noticed spellbinder, bond to a huge gold pendant, as Chase said "hey! Put that back!"

"Take this humans!" Spellbinder roared as he shot a beam from the item that he stole, straight at Chase and Amelia.

"Look out!" Chase shouted to Amelia, as he pushed her out the way of the beam, which ended up hitting Chase instead.
