Head above the water, small breathes through the mouth. Arms and legs splayed out to cover more area to keep me up.

Peaceful bliss.

A perfect blue sky filled with clouds of happiness floating high above.

Floating

Floating

Floating

No where in the blue sky are there clouds of sadness; they've taken up residence in my mind. Pain. Anxiety. Hatred.

Bitterness.

The waters have turned dark; filled with the monsters of my world. They twist my thoughts into rows among rows of nightmares. Tilling the twists and turns of what is left of my mind, planting the darkness. It grows in every corner, slowly growing through the help of their words.

Drowning

Drowning

Drowning

I'm dying in this rut that I've grown in, they drowned me with their words. Made my roots rot with vengeance and hatred. But their not done yet. They're never done.

I just want them to stop.
