"This school is very simple but their basketball team is the champion of the Winter Cup. Amazing."

"Hahaha! This is where I started again after everything that happened during our middle school."

You looked at him in the eyes and smiled brightly. It made him blush. You are giving him a tour around the school and thank goodness, Hyuuga is not there to ruin the moment. You really missed Nijimura especially when he left you so broken-hearted years ago but you can see that he regretted what he did to you.

"May I see your gym here?"
"You miss basketball?"
"Japan's basketball yeah." He looked to the side with a small blush. It made you laugh a bit so you led him there. You opened the gym's door but you saw someone whom you didn't want to see at the moment.

"(First name)..."
"Hyuuga."
"I want to-" Hyuuga tried but he was interrupted by a voice.

"Oi! (First name)! You shouldn't have left me there! You know that I'm new here right?" He stopped for a moment when he saw your silent demeanor. There was somebody in front of you and he guessed that he's a someone to you.

"Who is he (First name)?" Nijimura asked. You turned around and forced a smile.

"He's the captain of Seirin's basketball team."
"I see. I'm Nijimura Shuzo. It's nice to meet you."
"H-Hello there." It's getting a bit awkward so you decided to leave the gym and go somewhere else.

"Is there any problem between you two (First name)?" You stopped walking and looked at him with tears in the eyes.

"I fell in love with him but we are not together. Guess I wasn't thinking clearly and wanted to be happy after you left."
"I'm really sorry (First name) but this time, I'm not going to leave you anymore. I'll always be by your side now."
"Niji..."
"Hahaha! I miss that."
"Miss what?"
"Whenever you call me Niji. I was at first reluctant to it but then I don't know, guess I got used to it."
"Yeah. I remember it. I even call the others with such nicknames. Like the one for Atsushi, Sushi was it?"
"Yeah. Mine for Aomine, Kashi for Akashi, Roko for Kuroko, Taro for Shintaro and Seta for Kise. How did it come again?"
"Well his name is Kise Ryouta. I think I combined the last syllable of his first and last name."
"Hahaha! Yeah yeah that's right."

The two of you laughed and continued to reminisce your time with him. It's really amazing how much the two of you could remember. Suddenly, you asked him how was his life in America. He told you his story and familiarity came to your mind when he mentioned a certain person.

"Himuro? You mean Himuro Tatsuya!?"
"Yeah. You've met him before?"
"Yes. We played with his team during the Winter Cup."
"Wow. What do you know...I met him when we had a fight for the court two months after I got to America."
"You shouldn't have done that you know."
"Well the players there are being mean and they don't want to lend the court to anyone else."
"They're mean then."
"Say (First name). Are you free tomorrow?"
"Tomorrow? Hmm... Yeah. I'm free. Why is that?"
"Will you go out with me?"
"As in a date?"
"Of course you idiot."
"Don't tell me this is your way to make me fall in love with you again?"
"Maybe. I'll see you tomorrow then."

He kissed your forehead and it made you blush madly. You smiled a bit but he could see a bit of red on your face. It made him chuckle.

"Don't laugh!"
"Hahaha!! S-Sorry! Hahaha!"

••The next day••

You wore a pink mini skirt, blue top and white jacket. You put your hair into a high ponytail and went outside.

"I'm going somewhere mom!"
"Okay! Be careful on the way. Who are you with?"
"Niji."
"He's back!?"
"Yup. Gotta go. Later~"
"Got it."

You reached the said carnival and there he stood at the entrance,wearing a white polo shirt, black pants and blue jacket.

"Niji!"
"(First name). Let's go?"
"Sure!" He held your hand which made you blush but you smiled and laughed along side him. You rode a lot of attractions and even played a lot of shooting games there. He tried a shooting game and won a teddy bear which he gave to you.

Gyuu....

"*chuckle* I guess it's time to eat now. How about we get some...there?" He said as he points at a small café.

"Sure!" He led you towards a small table and went to the cashier to order. You sat down and looked outside when you saw Hyuuga.

"Hyuuga!?" He went inside and pulled you out.

"(First name). I want to tell you about the one with me and Riko. We're not really together and please be with me!"
"I can't do that now Hyuuga. I did like you but I realized that it was just a puppy love. I'm pretty sure that you really like Riko so why not be with her?"
"I-I...."

Nijimura came to your side with a forced smile and a tick off mark on his head.

"What happening here?"
"Ah! Niji. Hyuuga here is just asking where Riko-san is."
"Is that so? Then I would love to say that we're in the middle of a date so I would love it if you will leave us for now."

He did leave and now the two of you were eating lunch awkwardly.

"N-Niji?"
"Hmm?" He said not looking at you as he continued to eat French fries.
"A-Are you mad?"
"Why would I be mad?"
"W-Well...you know..about Hyuuga?"
"Sigh..." He stopped eating then he looked at you seriously.

"I know he caused you pain and..."
"I know but I have you with me again. That's why, you win this game Niji. No matter what you do, I can't help it but love you again and again."
"It only means that you and I are destined to be together."
"Forever?"
"Hahaha. Of course."

He gave you a sweet kiss.

"I told you they'd be together again!" Momoi squealed.
"We heard it Satsuki. No need to shout in my ear!" Aomine protested.
"Please be quiet Aomine-kun, Momoi-san."Kuroko said.

"We'll be heard nanodayo."
"Do they have a sweet shop here?"
"You're hungry again Murasakibaracchi?"
"Be quiet all of you." The emperor said.
