It has been two weeks since Rafe kissed me before Hobbens knocked him out. To say Hobbens was livid is an understatement. He, Hobbens, hasn't left my side. He sleeps outside my door, when it is time to eat he is right next to me, and when he is training me he makes sure Rafe is off somewhere on the ship doing something else. To be honest I am getting tired of Hobbens, I love the old Navy man, but I need my space.

I know Rafe watches me, I can feel his hot gaze burning my body. He hasn't approached me since our last kiss. I want to talk to him, I want to ask him about what it is I am feeling everytime we kiss. He is my kidnapper I am not suppose to feel this...want, this lust, and attraction I have for him. And I really want him to kiss me again. My father and servants are the only men I have known, maybe this is why my feelings for Rafe feel so strongly. I don't know, but I do want answers and soon.

Hobbens calls out to me, "Your sword arms have improved greatly, my Lady, but I think it is time you learned hand to hand fighting. If you would have known how to defend yourself, you would never been taken from your home." He sounds proud of me.

"Aye, I can believe that." Jean said from behind me.

I am currently sitting under the main mast of the ship, so I have to twist my body around just to get a look at him. It is funny how Hobbens will let Jean come near me, but not Rafe. I wonder if Hobbens understands my feelings more than me?

A laugh escapes me. "I am sorry about kneeing you there, but Hobbens taught me to hit where it hurts the most." I giggle as Jean reflexively grips his manhood.

"Ah...well it was most effective. All is forgiven, just please refrain from doing it again." I can hear a couple of the crew try to cover their laughs with coughs. Jean ignores them, and walks to stand close to me. "So you are going to learn how to grapple, if you ever need a new sparing partner I am more than willing to volunteer." His upfront behavior is off-putting.

Standing up quickly, I back away towards Hobbens. "I would rather have Hobbens pick out my partners."

Before Jean could respond Hobbens steps into my line of sight and hands me a bundle of men's clothing. At my confused look he says, "You can't learn grappling on a pirate ship while wearing a dress."

A thought races through my mind. "Hobbens, why are you teaching me these things? I know that I asked you to teach me while I was with father, but that was out of boredom and you pitied me. So, why continue?"

His smile is small. "It is so you can protect yourself, and..." His pause is a long one, "And to keep you busy."

"Keep me busy. Why would I need to keep busy?" Hobbens doesn't answer me. "You know that I love you and I appreciate everything you have ever done for me, but I do need my space sometimes. I think that I will take the day from you." I start to walk away, but when I hear Hobbens following me I stop. "Please do not follow me, I wish to be alone."

With that I storm off to my room. Rafe isn't in the connecting room, which I am both happy and sad about. I slowly tread into my room, a sigh escapes me before a hand clamps down on my mouth.

I am pulled into a warm, hard body. "Finally we are alone." Rafe's deep voice relaxes me. "I have been waiting for you to tell off that old man."

I giggle as Rafe rubs his nose against the side of my neck. "Stop that, it tickles." I couldn't stop myself from moaning as his hot tongue replaces his nose. "Y-you shouldn't do that."

"And why is that, love?" His breath distracted me.

A small chuckle sounded, as his other hand slid from around my waist to my lower abdomen, and pressed my body more firmly against his. "Do you feel that?" I nodded my head. "Good, this is what you do to me. It aches and it is painful, all it's all your fault. All week I have been in this state of painful hardness, at first I could control my thoughts, but then I started to crave your lips, and the taste of your mouth."
