Serena's POV

"Can i?" he extended his hand towards me looking at Sid. I stared at both of them in turns.

"Of course." He placed my hand into Rajesh's. I stared blankly at him.

What is he doing? I will be blamed later.

I flinched when he leaned in closer to my ear whispering "don't worry this time is an exception." I breathed a sigh of relief.

Why does he have so much power over me?

"Hi beautiful!" Rajesh brought me back from my trail of thoughts. "How is your first time experience?" he asked in a cheerful tone.

"It's very nice." I said smiling at him. He chuckled at my response.

"By the way what is the big sir speaking? I saw you feeling uncomfortable with him so i came by. What was happening actually?" he asked doubtful.

"Nothing, he was just teaching me how to dance. As you know dancing is struggling for Me." i said in a confident way so that he would buy my answer.

"Ohh..!" he said still in a doubtful way.

"Anyway, you have become my saviour again. Thank you." I smiled at him.

"c'mon don't thank me so soon. Wherever or whenever you are in trouble i would be there to help you." He said smiling at me.

Thank you for saving me from that monster.

"Tried anything?" he asked gesturing to the bar.

"No not yet. You choose for me." i told gesturing to the bartender. Soon we ordered our drinks.

"Shall i say you something?" he asked sipping on his drink.

"Carry on" i said stirring my drink.

"Today you seem very different, not only in looks but also in behaviour." He said staring at me. "you are behaving strangely" he concluded his statement.

"What do you mean by that?" I asked turning my gaze away.

"I don't know. You should say me." He passed the ball into my court trapping it here itself.

"I don't know what you are speaking" I started fidgeting with my fingers.

"Okay so what are your plans for this weekend?" he diverted the topic.

We chit chatted for some time with our team and few others. I can sense Sid's hawk eyes on my bare back. Warmth started to fill in me. Every nerve ending in my body turned to the most sensitive spots. I felt my body on fire.

I just wanted to hide from his gaze and run away from him. I want to stop this fear in my heart.

I want to leave that moment itself, I can't leave now at this time of night in these most exposing clothes I never wear. It's too late to go alone. I want to end this night as soon as possible.

I want to stay brave, I want to break free the clutches he is trying to lock me in again. I mustered up the courage and approached Rajesh.

"Rajesh can you drop me home? I want to call it a day." I said looking at the now dispersing crowd. The moment words left my mouth i can see Sid's face changing colours. He was becoming more furious when Rajesh accepted with a smile and took my hand in his.

His hold on the glass was becoming tighter and tighter.

"Okay guys we will leave" said Rajesh. We bid our farewell and left the club.
