"Hey Lina-Marie!" My mom yells and opens my door. I'm sitting on my bed, my headphones in, 5sos blasting in my ears. I slide my Beats off my ears and ask "Yeah?" "We're going to the shore for the day. Pack a bag of stuff to do in the car." Mom says. "Ok," I nod and adjust my Beats back onto my ears. She closes the door, and I jump off my bed. I grab my pink and orange mini-duffel bag, and toss my iPhone, my laptop, MiFi(which is a little black thing that generates wifi.) I grab a few books and my sketchbook and art supplies and dump those into my bag. I sling it over my shoulder and put on my silver necklace with one blue-green diamond that I got from my gramma, and my shark-tooth bracelet that my mom bought me at the boardwalk last summer. I check my appearance in the mirror and smile. Then I open my door and walk down the stairs. Mom and Dad are putting some chairs in the trunk and I climb in. we back out of the driveway and I wave to Emily, my neighbor who is 3 years younger than me as she rides her bike up the sidewalk.
