Dear crush,
I've begun thinking about how strange the concept of a crush is. Putting yourself through these emotional highs and lows all to be disappointed in the end generally...
I guess...maybe I'm just rusty. I haven't had a crush in a year almost. I had a crush on my ex for all of a week before I asked him out because it was so seemingly obvious that he liked me. But you...you don't show anything. You're cool...completely chill and you have so much pride. If you do like me, I'd have to say that both you and I are afraid of the same thing. I try to make it obvious. I don't like beating around the bush. But I also don't like the thought of you never talking to me again. And I guess that's why you're my crush.
