Violets POV

It's been a month and my birthday is only a week away. I really wanna go home and I miss my family. I've talked to Luke about letting me go home. He told me he would think about it.

I've started to get used to animal blood. Luke said that I would get my powers soon so I would have to be careful. He told me about Calum and Michael and how they reacted when they were getting their powers.

Michael has the ability to kill people without touching them, for example he could pretend to choke someone and actually choke someone without touching the person. Luke says that Michael often tried to kill the boys and then realizing what he was doing and stop.

Calum has the ability to control people's minds. Whether it's just by looking at you, talking to you, or signaling you, you could be under Calum's control. Calum had always made Ashton do things for him. Luke says that Calum wanted Ashton to shut up and all of a sudden Ashton couldn't speak. That's when they had realized that Calum found his power.

Ashton has super strength and he would break everything when he grabbed it or set it down. Like when he grabbed a plate, it broke out of nowhere. At first they thought he hit it hard on something but then they realized that he broke every single thing he touched. They found out about his power and Ashton learned how to control it.

Luke says he can hurt someone just by looking at them. He could say "pain" and you'd be crippled on the floor in pain. He said he had felt pain at random times even when he was asleep. He said it felt like you were either being stabbed a million times or you were on fire. To get rid of the pain, he had to actually use the power on someone. He used it on Calum and he was pissed.

I was scared but also excited to get my power. I didn't want to hurt someone I love or be in pain but I also wanted to see what power I could get.

I was currently sitting next to Luke and we were watching tv. I started to feel thirsty so I got up and left. I started to run through the woods and looked for something to drink. I came in contact with a cougar and easily killed it. I wiped my mouth with the back of my hand and ran back to the house.

I sat back down with Luke and he chuckled. "What?" I asked. He came closer to me and kissed me. I felt his cold lip ring against my warm lips. He pulled back and rested his forehead against mine. "You had blood on your mouth." He whispered and I smiled.

At this point, you're probably freaking out cause Luke and I kissed. I forgot to say that we just started dating 5 days ago.

"He's mine!" Calum said in my ear. He wrapped his arms around Luke's neck and Luke started to laugh. "Not again!" Luke groaned. "But I'm dating him!" I told Calum. "I knew him longer than you!" Calum argued back. "Ashton! Violet and Calum are doing the thing again!" Luke shouted.

"Mine!" I said as I pulled Luke. "Mine!" Calum argued back as he pulled back Luke. "No! Mine!" I said. Calum gave me a look and I got up and sat on the floor. He smirked and I couldn't move. "Calum stop it! Luke I can't move!" I said. "Caluuum! Stop doing the thing with your powers!" Luke groaned again.

"Fine. But Cake still exists!" Calum sighed. I was finally able to move and I got up and sat down next to Luke. I heard Calum growl at me and I scooted away from Luke. Calum got in-between us and started to cuddle Luke. A low growl escaped my mouth and I got up and went to the kitchen.

Calum and Luke weren't the only ones who liked cuddles. "Oh Ashton!" I called out. Ashton was in front of me in a second. "Yes Vi?" He said. "Cuddles?" I asked as I held out my arms. "Cuddles!" He said and held out his arms too. I got on his back and he walked to the living room. We sat down on the other couch and Calum and Luke were still cuddling.

I snuggled into Ashton's side and saw Luke staring at us. I heard a low growl and he pushed Calum away. He got up and walked over to us, picking me up and then throwing me on the couch. "Luke!" I laughed. Calum got up and cuddled with Ashton. "Aww is my Lukey jealous?" I joked.

"Yes." He mumbled into my shoulder. I laughed and kissed his head.

At around 7, I noticed Luke and the boys were acting weird. Every once in a while they would ask about my family, my birthday, what it was like growing up, and just things about my life.

We were all hungry and we were just about to go hunt until the lights went off. I yelped and heard things moving here and there. "What's going on?" I asked but got no reply. I started freaking out and tried walking around. "Guys this isn't funny!" I yelled out. Still no reply.

"Guys come on! I'm hungry!" I said as I tried walking through the halls. I heard a door open and there was a hint of light. I crept slowly towards the door. "Luke? Calum? Ash?" I called out. I was starting to get frustrated.

A low growl escaped my lips and I walked inside the room. I was then pushed roughly against the wall and I screamed. It was Michael and he was hissing at me. His eyes were a piercing red color and his white sharp fangs were out. I hissed back and flipped him over, pinning him against the wall.

"Surprise!" Michael smirked. "What the hell are you doing out here?" i snarled. He groaned and pushed me off of him. I growled and walked up but then felt a hand grab me.

I turned around and saw it was Luke with Ashton and Calum behind him. I turned back around and saw Michael holding an envelope and he looked normal. He held out the envelope and said "I'm sorry about being rude to you and almost killing you." I grabbed the envelope from his hand and opened it.

There were 5 airport tickets from New York to Florida. "What?" I whispered. "For your birthday, we got you tickets to go back home!" Luke cheered. I felt tears starting to form and I collapsed. Luke hugged me as I thanked him over and over. I missed my family so much! Now I get to go home!
