Chapter 12: You Might Need To Call Me Again?!

-Previously on Running for 1300 Years-

"I don't understand why need to hide again! Your the daughter of Aslan! You have magic in your blood, why not just use that magic to heal you every time?" He kept on going. How blind his he?!?!

"You do not get it do you?! My magic can't be used like that all the time. I haven't learnt any magic about healing myself yet. If I did then it would have been easier for me to survive when I was running in fear for 1300 years. Also that's another thing, 'Daughter of Aslan' people think it's good being daughter of someone great and royalty well it's not! Miraz wanted me dead because she knew that I was next in line to be Queen of Narnia so that's why he destroyed Cair Paraval! He knew that was my home and that was the first place he would find me. I had to run for 1300 just because he wanted me dead until Caspian came into the picture and that got me off my back for a while but I was still on the run! You are lucky you are a human! I'm a Narnian who is suppose to stay in Narnia. You are safe while I'm running away from danger in each corner" I started yelling at him.

"Do you get it now?" I asked him with tears starting I fall down my eyes but I didn't want him to see me. I just ran away covering the shame on my face. I kept on running when I came around an empty room. I made myself invisible so if anyone came in they wouldn't see me. I just lead on a wall pulling my knees to my face. Crying our guilty I feel now. Why would Edmund start going on like that? I know he cares about me but he does need to start arguing about my choices?! I've never argued with him like that! I have to go for my own protection! Does he not see that?

-And now on Running for 1300 Years-

Leo's POV

Edmund just came back from delivering the request to Miraz. He as accepted the duel to show courage to his people. If he didn't then that would show that the king is a coward. I actually would want to see him not accept the request to see how much if a coward he is. I'm still going into the wood, no ones changing my mind. Anyways, Lucy and Susan need to know where to go in the woods and I know that woods like the back of my hand. I'm taking Marble with me again. He has been on one of my trips before. I was just putting some food in one of the bags just in case til Susan interrupted me.

"Leo, someone wants to talk to you" Susan said at the entrance.

"Well, let them in. I won't bite" I said finishing the packing. She left then a man dressed in Narnian armour. It's either Peter or Edmund. He was wearing a helmet that covered his face.

"Which king are you? Peter or Edmund" I asked.

"Peter" Edmund lied. I could tell he was playing as his brother so I decide to play along.

"Is there anything you wish to tell me my liege?" I ask respectfully like it was actually Peter.

"Edmund wanted to say something about what happened earlier. He told me everything. He would do it in person but he can't look at you right now, he feels really guilty" Edmund first started pretending to be Peter.

"I'm listening" I said.

"He apologises very deeply, he's just scared of loosing you again. I-we don't see you anymore in England ever since you've returned. When he saw you being carried by the faun, he was horrified you were gone for good. Then what happened near the bridge seeing you on the ground hopelessly made m-he more horrified. What if you don't see him after this battle?" He explained. Okay, to me that was heartwarming. I now exactly what to give him if I never see him again.

"Well 'Peter', if I don't see your brother again tell him this. I do forgive him and while you are give him this" I said then removed his helmet to relieve his beautiful face. Then quickly but sweetly kissed him. I let go after three seconds.

"We will see each other again, I have a feeling" I said before kissing him again. He stops after seven seconds.

"I have to go now. Promise you'll come back the way you look now" He asked holding my hand.

"Of course" I said then left a small kiss on his lips. then embraced in a hug, for all I know this might be the last time I might have his arms around me.

"Goodbye, My King" I said before letting go. Feeling him leave was the worst. He walked out leaving me but Susan and Lucy walked in ready to go.

"Are we all ready Your Majesty?" I ask polity.

"Yes, is this going to the last time you see Ed?" Susan asked.

"Maybe, maybe not. I don't know until the battle is over" I answered.

"Well lets hope that's it's maybe not" Lucy said happily. I have her a smile then Caspian came in. I'm guessing he's helping us even though I'm all ready. I got onto Marble and the Queens got onto their horse. Their sharing. Caspian was helping the queens but I didn't need any help.

"Destrier has always served me well. You are in good hands" He told them.

"Or hooves" Lucy corrected him. I just smile.

"Good luck" He said looking at Susan.

"Thanks" she jut said.

"Look" Caspian said getting something out of his pockets. He pulled out Susan's horn. I was wondering where that was!

"Maybe it's time you had this back" He offered.

"Maybe?" I asked him

"Why don't you hold onto it. You might need to call me again" Susan said trying to be smooth. Then she went off with me following her.

"You might need to call me again?" Lucy asked like it was a joke.

"Smooth move Susan" I said in the same tone.

"Oh shut up"
