That tech week was extremely rough, but one good thing did come out of it. She met two new friends: Annie, and Jo. Annie was bubbly and had a major crush on Nate. Jo was a Tom boy and wasn't actually in the show, she was stage manager. Annie and Casey immediately became extremely close and Casey told her about how she liked Collin. Annie who had known Collin for a long time warned her he wasn't the nicest guy, but for some reason Casey didn't care.

Opening night finally came and Casey was once again nervous. "Casey, why are you nervous?" Collin said whispering in her ear. Casey jumped. "I am not!" she replied. Collin gave her a look. "Well... Maybe just a little." She admitted. "Ah, see I knew I was right." Collin smirked. "Yea... Well..." Casey started. "Don't be nervous Case, you're gonna do fine." He reassured her.

Opening night went well. The show sold out. After it was over Casey cleaned up her dressing room a little bit before leaving. "Still here?" Collin asked leaning against the open door of her dressing room. "Yea, well the little kids messed up my dressing room a bit." she responded. Collin just stared at her. "What are you staring at?" she blushed. "You." he responded. Casey blushed even more. Collin walked up to her silently and fixed the strap on her tank top which hand fallen down a bit. Casey stared into his eyes. And then it happened. She kissed him. When they broke apart Collin looked shocked but pleased. "I'm... I'm sorry." Casey said. "It's okay I knew you'd eventually give in to my attractiveness." Collin teased. Casey rolled her eyes. Collin held out a hand, Casey smiled an took it then they walked out of the theatre together.
