Roxy's POV

"Does dad know you're a ninja?" I asked.

"Yes, actually. I saved him from Serpentine a few years back," my brother replies.

"Those stupid snakes again? I'll tear them to shreds!" I muttered. I performed a series of martial arts techniques. The ninja were impressed with my moves.

"Hold on, Roxy. The Serpentine have changed. They actually help us when we need them," Jay assured. I'm beginning to like him. He's cute, funny, and I bet he's really good at Spinjitzu.

"Hey, do you guys think you can teach me Spinjitzu?" I wondered aloud.

"I don't think that's entirely possible, Roxy. See, it took us a long time to learn and master Spinjitzu, and..." Cole began, but I raised a hand to cut him off.

"I would like for you to try to teach me, big brother. I didn't command you, I kindly asked. So, please?" I begged. Cole nudged his friends and they retreated to the dining room entrance. I realized they were discussing my plea. I put my head down and listened, even though they were 10 feet away.
