Zane's POV
We began analyzing the matter of Roxy's asking us to train her in Spinjitzu.
"I don't know if it's such a good idea to teach Roxy. I mean, we would be practically putting her in harm's way," Cole stated.
"But it's also beneficial. Girls can't teach themselves to defend their lives like we have, other than Nya, of course," Kai countered, receiving a glare from his sister. Suddenly I felt disconnected, as if someone was listening to my thoughts, and our conversation.
"Don't fight me, Zane. I'm stronger than you think," Roxy whispered in my head. I shook my head, clearing Roxy from it. It felt weird to be controlled against my will.
"Excuse me for a moment, everyone" I muttered, running to the monastery's 1st bathroom. I lean on the sink, clutching my head. After my ordeal with death, my ability to feel pain was strengthened. Looking up, I notice my optics are dilated. It seems the telekinesis was so strong it messed with my wires.
"How did she do that?" I asked myself. "She must have hidden, unknown abilities."
"Zane, are you feeling OK? You've been in there for a while," Cole called, knocking on the door. I fumbled with the lock and opened the door, rubbing my hands with a towel.
"I'm fine. I-I just had bits of dinner on my hands," I stuttered. We returned to the front room and spoke to Roxy.
"We have decided to train you in Spinjitzu, but first you must say the ninja's oath," Kai informed.
"Sure, let's not waste time!" Roxy replied eagerly. I noticed a smile form at the corners of her mouth when she glanced at me. I glared back, not willing to accuse her of anything in front of her brother.
"Raise your right hand and repeat," Lloyd instructed
"I, Roxy solemnly swear..."
"I, Roxy, solemnly swear..."
"To use my powers to my best abilities..."
"To use my powers to my best abilities..."
"And to use my Spinjitzu for good..."
The oath was long, but we all had to say it when we were trained.
"Never turning on my fellow ninja and friends," Lloyd finished.
"Never turning on my fellow ninja and friends," Roxy repeated, putting her hand down.
"Well done, Ro. We will start your training tomorrow morning. Nya, can you escort my sister to our guest room?" Cole requested.
"Of course! Right this way, Roxy," Nya guided.
