Chapter 4.

"Maddi get up honey" my mom said to me.
"Mom it's a Saturday, let me sleep" I groaned.
"C'mon Maddi, I want to go out, it's been a long time" she said.
Omg, did she just say we were going out? What?!
"Okay" I groaned.
"Okayy" she groaned back and laughed.
"I have breakfast ready" she said.
"Kay mom, let me go to the bathroom" I told her. I went to the bathroom, fixed my hair and washed my face.
After that I went to the kitchen, and saw Justin siting down at the table.
"Morning Justin" I told him.
"Morning" he said back.
"What's up with mom?" he asked.
I rolled my eyes and laughed and just shrugged.
She handed me pancakes with eggs.
"Thank you" I said.
My phone ranged.
It was a phone call from Bryan.
I rolled my eyes and ignored it.
I mean he basically dared to call me shit and yelled at me.
I thought we were bestfriends.
He called me again.
And again.
And once again.
"Oh gosh Maddi, who's calling you?" my mom asked me.
I laughed.
"It's Bryan" I told her.
"Really? Why aren't you answering him? Are you mad at him?" she asked.
how did she know?
"Um, sorta" I said quietly.
"What? Why?" she asked.
I explained to her everything that happened yesterday.
"Y'all are bestfriends Maddi" she told me.
My mom has known Bryan since me and him were 4. My mom used to babysit him, and as the years passed we got closer and closer.
"So who's this guy you left with?" she gave me that "flirty" emoji face.
"Um this guy I met at a party" I told her.
"Wait honey I thought you had a boyfriend, Eddie?" she said.
Jesus, why did she had to mention that douche right now?
"Um, that, that's over" I told her.
"Oh I'm sorry baby girl. Maybe it was for the best" she smiled.
I smiled back.
Maybe it was.
"What happened?" she asked.
"Um he was hooking up with another girl" I told her.
Her eyes grew wide.
"What girl?"
"Samantha" I told her.
"Oh my god I hate her so much" she said and I laughed.
"Last week I saw her kissing this guy" she said.
"Oh" I said.
"No but it wasn't Eddie. He looked was more older" she said.
"I'm not surprised" I said.
"Yes, god bless her parents." she said.
I laughed.
"So where are we going today?" I asked her.
"Um I was thinking about going to the city mall and then probably get some food. What do you think? she asked.
"Sounds great" I smiled.
To be honest I didn't really care where we went. What matter to me was that I was going out with my mom again.
"Ok so go get ready, we're leaving in half an hour" she said.
I nodded and went to my room.
I went to my connected bathroom and took a shower, I brushed my teeth, put mascara and left my hair straight.
After that, I went to change. I picked out a long-sleeved neon pink top and some dark jeans with my black toms. I took one last look and left my room.
"Ready?" my mom asked.
"Ya"
It was a 2 hour drive so I just might as well put some music.
I plugged in my phone and put Doing It Right by the Jacks.
"I don't give a damn about what chu say" I sang.
I loved them so much.

We got to the city mall, it was so huge.
We bought a bunch of clothes.
"Y'all want a pretzel?" my mom asked us.
"Yeah sure" we told her.
"Okay here's 10 bucks. I'm going to the bathroom, I want a cinnamon" she handed me 10 dollars.
Me and Justin went to the pretzel stand.
"What kind you want?" I asked Justin.
"Cinnamon!" he answered.
"Can I get three cinnamon pretzels" I told the cashier, who was really cute. "Okay" he smiled.
"6 dollars, please"
I hand him the money.
He then handed me the pretzels.
"Have a nice day beautiful" he smiled and winked at me.
"Thank you" I blushed and walked away.
"Uh-oh Maddi" my mom smirked.
"Stop" I laughed.

We got to the car.
"Don't think I won't forget, the things you've done, don't think I won't regret, unforgiving" me and mom sang.
We absolutely loved blood on the dance floor. Jay was defiantly my husband.
"So where y'all wanna go eat?" mom asked us, turning down the music.
"McDonald's!" we both yelled.
"McDonald's it is" she said.
We got to the nearest McDonald's.
"What would you like to order?" the cashier asked.
I told her the orders.
"Would that be it?"
"Yes"
"For here or to go?"
"Here"
"10.50 please"
My mom handed her the money, and the lady gave her the receipt.
My mom waited, while me and Justin looked for a seat.
"That one" Justin pointed at a table.
My mom brought the food and we ate. My moms phone ranged.
She had a huge smile on her face.
"Hello" she said, grinning.
Then my phone started to ring.
I thought it was Bryan, but it wasn't.
It was Taylor.
A smile came to my face also.
I bet it was bigger than my moms.
"Hello" I smiled.
"What's up gorgeous" he said.
"Nothing much just eating" I smiled.
There was a silence for awhile.

Taylor's P.O.V
I wanted to ask Maddeline to go out, but what if she said no?
"Uh do you want to go out tomorrow with me?" I finally asked.
"Yes!" she squealed.
She was so cute.
"Okay. Pick you up at four?" I smiled.
"Sounds great" she said.
"Goodnight beautiful"

Maddeline's P.O.V
I couldn't believe Taylor just asked me out. Of course I said yes.

"Who called you at McDonald's?" I asked my mom, while she was driving.
"Somebody" she smiled.
"Nah dip, but who?! Oh I know! That guy from yesterday. Uh what's his name, Nate, no, Nicholas, no Nick!" I yelled.
She laughed.
"Maybe"
"Oh my god! What he say?" I asked.
"Maddi you're so noisy" she laughed. "He asked you out! Aweee!" I squealed.
She didn't say nothing but just smiled.
