Later that night a huge storm was out at sea and we were heading straight towards it. The captain came into my cabin. "Hurry up wee Lassie, we got to make a move and fast, otherwise the ship will go down and we'll go with it!" And with that i grabbed all of my stuff and we both ran out to the lifeboats. the captain needed to get the other passengers off safely and he set my lifeboat down into the water and I was off. Off to try and find the Sunshine Islands. Hopefully everyone will be fine. Within half and hour of being in my lifeboat i finally realised i was in the middle of no-where. i didn't know where to go and what to do. i turned round to see the storm coming towards me i tried to row fast, but it was no use I was going to be a goner for sure. A huge wave then came towards me and then I blacked out.

I woke up the next morning on a warm and sandy beach. The sun was peeping over the horizon and then i heard an old mans voice "Are you okay Missy? Can you hear me?" There was a silhouette in front of my face now, as I opened my eyes wider, the image came clearer. It was an old man with a white top and sky blue and tatty clothes with a red bandana around his neck. "Huh. Oh yeah I'm fine" I said as I was trying to sit up. "Oh sorry, how rude of me not to introduce myself. My name's is taro. And welcome to the Sunshine Islands!" Taro said joyfully. "W-w-wait a minute, did you say 'the Sunshine Islands' I then leapt to my feet. "Yes, that is what I said" Taro had a smile across his face. " I'M HERE. I THOUGHT I WAS LOST FOR SURE!" I was so happy i felt like sqeezing Taro, but I didn't. "Were you meant to be moving here then." Taro asked very surprised with my reaction. "Yes, my name's Chelsea, do you know where I'll be living" I asked maybe Taro was expecting my arrival. "Oh, you're Chelsea, I have your house all prepared for your arrival i hope you will like it. Follow me!"

The house had a little red roof and behind it there was a massive field, but i was wandering why a large field. "Well here it is and here's the best news, you get to be Sunshine Islands very own rancher." Taro was looking really excited and his grin was so wide. "What I'm a rancher?" i asked very concerned, because I wasn't expecting this at all. "Yes you are. Do you have any experiance with ranch work i can teach you if you would like." Taro stopped hos grinning and started to look like he meant business. Before I moved out, me and my mom lived on a farm, so I have some good ranching experiance. "That is a great offer Taro, thank you, but I used to live on a farm before i moved here. I would actually love to be a rancher as well, it will be great!" I started smiling at Taro. "Good then. Your tools are in tool box inside with some starter turnip seeds. Well I suppose you better get some sleep you have had a very eventful day today. Good night Chelsea." Taro then left my ranch and I  stepped into my new house. I was so happy i moved here I looked around, I couldn't actually believe I had gotten this far.

I set my suite case down in the far corner for now and went into bed i knew that tomorrow would be the day I start my first proper ranching career. Tomorrow will be a busy day for me.
