Chelsea's POV:
I miss Vaughn already and it's only been ten minutes. I looked at the photo he had given me and I remembered it was when Vaughn gave himself a whole new look (Which was still meant to be me giving him the new look). I walked home slowly, tears were running down my face. Memories of me and Vaughn were running through my head from the moment I met him and he was so rude to me to the last time we kissed on the beach and saying our final good-byes. I looked up at the sky which didn't even have a cloud in sight. I didn't even want to break the news to my mom and tell her she can't come down now.
I reached the ranch and I looked around and sighed. "Chelsea. I'm so sorry..." I looked around to see Mirabelle and Julia standing at the gate. I walked over to them. "It's not your fault..." I sniffed. "I wish that one day Vaughn will appear at the docks and I will run into his arms. Wanting him to never leave again..." I walked away to my house and stepped in without another word.
Vaughn's POV:
I was on a long journey. A long journey to sadness. The captain of the boat announced that we were half way to where ever I was going. He didn't even tell me where I was going. Chelsea was running through my mind like crazy. I didn't have the intention on leaving but I was made to. I realized I was going to ask Chelsea one important question. Something that would change her life forever.
I finally reached my destination. There was a woman sitting on the pier and she looked very upset. The boat stopped and I thought I would go and see if she was alright. "Ummmm... Are you okay miss?" The woman looked up "Oh yeah... I've come here eversince my daugther left me to move away. To some islands called the Sunshine Islands." I froze and I didn't say a word for a while. "D-d-did you say... The Sunshine Islands?!" The woman nodded "What's your daughter's name because I came from the Sunshine Islands and I might know her..." The woman stood up. "Her name is... Chelsea." My jaw dropped this was Chelsea's Mom "I know her... I go out with her." Chelsea's Mom froze "Y-y-you're Vaughn!" I nodded and smiled "Yeah... and Chelsea might ring you later to tell you that your visit is going to be cancelled... Because I'm not there and she's going to be very upset... Just like I am." She put her arm around me "how about you come down to mine for a drink." I smiled at her and nodded. "And may I ask where am I?" I said as we started walking away. "Oh this is Mineral Town." I nodded to her. "I need to ring Chelsea in a minute to tell her I'm here and where I am. I bet she'll cheer up abit." Chelsea's Mom laughed "I'm sure she will. Oh I'm Joan by the way." And with that me and Joan made our way back to her house.
