Chapter 10: Amma STALKER!!

Angela's POV

I took out my gun. Since I'm going to need a lot of power later, I'll fight manually for the time being...

I sensed her nearing, along with MJ.

I must admit, MJ, the enthusiastic little goofball sure could stalk someone.

He took the risk of following and eavesdropping on her, even though he knew if he was caught, He would probably be dead by now.

Well, he does have a need for adventure....and a love for sleeping.

Lazy and sleepy as he is, he's done us a great help.

I decided to contact him telepathically,

"Raccordement fileté (connection thread)"

A silver 'link' appeared and made its way to MJ. Links are what we call the bonds or the connection. Though I used this to find out whose shards I found belonged to, It can be used for communication as well. I could've used Heavenly Spell 24: Telepathic Converse but it takes up too much power and time.

After a few seconds, I was linked to MJ's mind.

'HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!'

'What's happening over there?'

'Aw, so straightforward!. Well the things happening are.....are...'

'SPIT IT OUT!'

'Spit it out? But then I'll blow my cover...'

'MJ!'

'Okey, okey,'

'Go..'

'things that are happening here right?'

'well we're flying,breathing--'

'DAMN IT MJ!'

'Okay, Okay,. She has a book with her.'

'SPECIFIC.'

'Book of ..I DUNNO!'

'Fine, whatever. Anyways,--'

'Oh wait, it's called the book of...enchanted spells? I think..It's hard to read...'

'Angela (Verivy?)'

'Steal the book no matter what.'

'what?!'

'That book is deadly. If she was to read from that book it's equivalent to instant death..'

'Um,Okay...I guess... I'll try?'

'Save your tries for later. Steal it when you're here. That way, we can steal the book and the shards at the same time.'

'Are you..planning on...'

'killing her? No. Jessie and I will just banish her...'

'Banis--'

'Enough talk, you're almost here.'

'um By---'

"Cut link" I said and the link was automatically cut.

I looked at my wrist bracelet, where my communicator was located. I was waiting for it to beep. It would signal that they already found the remaining shards...

I felt her coming closer...

Tch..., hurry up you guys...

She's almost here...

"Guys..." I said as I felt a bead of sweat sliding down my forehead...

Shiz....

I felt pain... And all of a sudden, it was like a sword cut me on the arm..blood poured out of my wound...

Heaven's spell 78: Protect thy Worthy...

A spell that lets me protect and create a barrier to prevent any harmful attacks or creatures from entering any said area. Unfortunately, the price was that any damage inflicted on the barrier, is to be inflicted on the one who casted it...

I let out a painful gasp as I felt a huge impact on my stomach.

"Tch, what the hell is taking them so long?!" I muttered.

And then...

~Beep, beep...~

FINALLY---

"GAH!" I said as I gritted my teeth due to the fact that it felt like someone just stabbed me in the back a hundred times. Literally stabbing me in the back. Tch..., DAMNIT!

And then...

~Ch...c..crack...~

I heard my communicator crack into life,

"VERIVY!!" They said calling me by my codename.

"She's here. Get ready. Migs, you're in charge. I need to regenerate..."

"W-wait, wha--"

I cut it off and I cast off the barrier. I felt a bit of relief but I knew that I'm gonna have to go under a whole lot of painful hell later...

MJ'S POV

'No need to be so rude, Angela..." MJ thought as he kept doing his own renaissance about his enemy, Emily. 'Hmm... she just keeps going straight though' MJ hid behind a tree when Emily was looking at her back. "Phew, that was nerve-wracking." MJ quietly said. He keeps tracking Emily until he found out where she had gone. There was a great mountain over the distance. 'Must be where the others are.' he thought. 'I might get caught if I follow her to the air, I think I will just keep my eyes on her while I travel through the forest, to the mountain.'

After I arrived at the Mountain, I immediately searched for Migs's group to join them. "Yo Migs!" called MJ.

"MJ! You're here!" – Migs

"I'm here to support you guys and steal Emily's Enchanted book thingy!" – Mj

"Enchanted wha--?" – Everyone said

"Angela said it is something dangerous, deadly, and ... uh.... Instant death is what she said to me." – MJ

"Oh boy... Instant death spells... damn things cost me a lot during a game." – Dave

"Emiliy's coming, and you're thinking about games?!" – Charm incredously said.

"Well uh..." – Dave stammered.

"If I report this to Angela, she is going to execute you, do you understand?!' – Charm

"Y-Yes Ma'am!" – Dave
