rain rain come back

isn't rain so comforting?

it was raining last night, and I just stood out there for awhile letting the rain hit me

like it feels like someone shaking a box of rain and it manages to find its way to the ground

looking around you see the fuzzy lights from across the streets (it's mainly fuzzy because I had my glasses off) and you hear the cars running through the puddles on the street

you can hear the rain hit the trampoline with force, making a 'plip plip plip' each time the raindrops find it's way down

it hits your hair and body, first feeling the cold from the rain, slowly wetting your clothes and hair, making them stick to your skin

the scent of freshly fallen rain is amazing breathing in the scent makes me feel calm

heading back inside you sigh as you remind yourself you don't want to get sick more, and you open the door to be greeted with warmth

idk man I'm just so happy bc of the rain
