Torn (A malec fanfic)

Chapter 4

Alec'S POV:

I opened my door for the first time in forever. Since Jace and Izzy went out to hunt, I have the whole institute to myself. No one can bother me and I will do anything I want.

All i want to do now is to go to the library and just read all the books that I already read a million times. And maybe grab something to eat too.

Who in the angel is this? There is a mundane in the institute?

He turned around looking at me in the eye.

"Oh-hi," he smiled slightly.

I forced a smile out faintly and turned away, trying to get to the library. Forget about the food already.

"I'm Matthew, you are?" He walked towards me.

"Err yeah. Hi. I'm Alec," I still don't understand why a mundane is here though. "Why are you here? How did you get in?"

"Ahh well-That i am not sure. I asked the guy who brought me here, Jace I think but he didn't really bothered to answer me." Now that he moved forward, I can see that he's holding an apple.

Jace brought him here? A mundane? Why would he do that?

"Well? Would you care explaining to me what exactly happen?" He added, raising his eyebrows.

"Uh-huh well I am just as clueless as you are. Maybe you should just wait for Jace to come back from hun-from err I don't know where he went and let him explain it to you. How are feeling? Are you sick of in pain anywhere?" By the angel I almost said hunting. Close shave.

"I think I'm fine now, I had a bit of headache just now but after eating, I feel alright,"

"Okay, yeah just stay here till Jace comes back," I murmured, wanting to get away from him.

"Sure," he nodded as I turned around, "Well Alec, your eyes are just beautiful."

I stopped for a second. Mag-Magnus always said that. I almost turned around but I could feel my face heating up already. I walked away as fast as I could.

Sorry it's really short. But just a filler chapter.
