Edward's POV:

Bella and I had spent the rest of the day in my room watching romantic movies. She wanted to, so I obliged. I couldn't say no to her.

She had fallen asleep after the movie If I Stay, and even though she had sworn she wouldn't cry because she had read the book, she had cried all over me.

I had to admit, I did tear up when Mia's grandfather visited her and told her it was okay to go.

Bella was asleep on my chest now, and I rubbed my thumb over her soft eyelids, down her cheek, to her soft, pink, kissable lips.

I rested my thumb in the small indention in the corner of her lips and closed my eyes. I felt her smile, and I could help but smile, too.

"Edward?" Bella murmured. I opened my eyes to expect to see those beautiful amber eyes I loved so much, but her eyes were completely closed. She was still asleep.

"Edward I thought you loved me," she whispered in her sleep. What was she dreaming about? I didn't like hearing these words. I should wake her up, but I couldn't. She looked so peaceful.

"Fine. If you don't want me around now, maybe I shouldn't be around ever." she muttered. My eyes widened. What was she talking about?!

I shook her without even thinking about it, and her eyes fluttered open.

"Edward?" she asked.

"What were you dreaming about?" I asked.

"Nothing important." she mumbled as she sat up.

I knew she wasn't going to tell me, so I just sighed and let it go... for now.

Bella's POV:

"Edward I can't wait to -" I froze when I saw Edward kissing a blonde girl; a blonde girl with curly hair that cascaded down her shoulders; a blonde girl wearing too much make up - Tanya. The leader of the trio that beat me to near death in sixth grade.

"Edward," I whispered, tears springing into my eyes. Edward broke away from Tanya and turned to me. His eyes were dark - cold.

"Edward, I thought you loved me," I breathed. I couldn't stop the tears that flooded down my cheeks.

"Who could love you? Leave. I don't want you here - no one does. No one ever did." he growled.

"Fine. If you don't want me around now, maybe I shouldn't be around ever." I cried as a gaping hole appeared in the floor next to me.

I flung myself off of the side -

I woke with a start, being shaken.

"Edward?" I asked as my eyes fluttered open.

"What were you dreaming about?" he asked, sounding frantic. Oh, crap. I guess I was sleep talking again.

"Nothing important," I shrugged, trying to sound indifferent as I sat up.

He sighed, but let it go.

For now.

------------------------

I know, I know, it's short...

But I am really low on ideas until Edward's party, and I don't know what to do until then.

I hope you like it anyway.
