~~~~~
Namjoo had set her phone on silence and Jaehee had caught it going off in Namjoo's purse. She suddenly became curious upon seeing the name Sehun pop up before finally answering. She didn't know Namjoo had been keeping in touch with some man. Now this was going to get interesting.
~~~~~

Sehun heard his footsteps urgently pounding against the hospital floor as he crossed the hallways. His eyes furiously searched the signs directing him in the direction of the ER. Sehun felt his breath cut loose when he spotted Namjoo leaning against the wall in front of the large ER doors.

"Namjoo!" he shouted before dashing toward her.

She glanced up from the ground and Sehun immediately grabbed her before pulling her into his arms.

"Oh my god..." he muttered.

~~~~~
Namjoo had some stitches on her forehead, but she was more worried about Nina who had been bleeding when the ambulance arrived. It'd been an hour since she'd been standing in the hallway with Jaehee, who had arrived at the hospital almost immediately. The doctor hadn't come out to inform her about Nina's injuries and she felt more worried as time ticked by.
She knew she should have brought her car to the mechanics a few weeks ago when the engine started sounding funny, but she'd picked the parties over it. She was so irresponsible she wanted to just melt into the ground. If anything happened to her friend she wouldn't be able to forgive herself.
Namjoo was only pulled out of her thoughts when those loud footsteps neared. Before she could turn to see who it was she felt hands on her arms before her face slammed against a shoulder. Her mind was stunned in the mere moment before she felt those arms around her and slightly widened her eyes surprised.
"What are you doing?" Namjoo managed to pull out of his arms and stared up at Sehun absurdly.
"I...I was waiting for you and you weren't showing up so I called you and..."
Namjoo began frowning up at him before she turned when she caught Jaehee from the corner of her eyes. Her friend had her arms crossed and was eyeing the two of them questionably.
"You've certainly been hiding him good behind our backs," Jaehee murmured tapping her fingers against her arm. "So who is he? This Sehun."
Namjoo managed an awkward laughed and darted her eyes toward Sehun who was standing by the tall trees in the yard outside.
"If I tell you, don't get angry," Namjoo looked back at her friend.
Jaehee quietly met with her eyes.
"Um...remember that uh...question about friends with benefits..."
Jaehee's jaw dropped, "What did I tell you about that!? Namjoo, you're just going to get yourself hurt! Is it because of Jaeha!? How could you?"
"No, no," Namjoo shook her head, "definitely not because of Jaeha."
"Uh huh." Jaehee nodded her head with disbelief.
"Really," Namjoo added, "we're ending this thing next month, so don't worry."
"Don't worry, huh," Jaehee repeated monotonously, "do you know how attached you can become to one person over a span of even a few weeks? And you...with him!?"
"Shh!" Namjoo hushed. "Seriously, I know what I'm doing."
"I'm just worried, Namjoo," Jaehee went on, "stop being so naïve. You don't usually keep in contact with men you sleep with, but this one? Oh no, there is definitely something there."
