With no choice Namjoo later found herself sitting next to Sehun on his couch. His brother's large eyes of shock switched from her to Sehun and she thought she could feel the other girl staring at her interrogatively. Namjoo pressed her lips together and slightly stared at the ground as she reached a hand up to pull her hair over the dark marks on her neck.
This was awkward. If Sehun was expecting guests, he should have said something to her.
"Is she your girlfriend?" Taehun asked.
"No!" Sehun and Namjoo answered in sync before glancing at each other.
"We..." Namjoo began but Sehun cut her off.
"We're friends."
"Friends?" Taehun repeated with a frown that said he didn't quite believe them. "Excuse me, but Namjoo what do you do?"
Namjoo looked up at Taehun caught off guard by the question, "A...a manager at a shoe company."
Taehun nodded then sent her a smile, "Ah...that's good. I'm happy my little brother has found a good partner."
"It's not what you're thinking!" Sehun told.
His brother chuckled and Namjoo glanced at them confused about what had just happened.
"It's ok; I'll keep it a secret from mom and dad. Nara and I were going to make some breakfast for you. Why don't you join us, Namjoo?" Taehun suggested.
An awkward laugh escaped Namjoo's lips, "No, actually I think..."
"It's ok," Nara jumped in, "have breakfast with us."
Namjoo felt her pursed lips fall apart before Taehun took Nara's hand and they walked into the kitchen leaving her and Sehun where they were. It had never been awkward between the two of them before, but Namjoo thought she was feeling awkward for the first time in their history.
Breakfast was even worse. Taehun shot questions at her kindly, but continuously and even she couldn't dodge him. She wasn't a fan of healthy breakfasts, but she forced herself to finish everything Nara placed on her plate for the sake of not embarrassing herself. After breakfast Namjoo couldn't dodge the chore of dishwashing and politely helped Nara upon her request.
It kind of felt like she was a part of Sehun's family and was taking part of the chores, but she wasn't looking for that. Honestly, it felt kind of nice though to be a part of something she'd never been before.
"So...I'm just wondering," Nara began, "how long have you two been seeing each other?"
The bowl she was currently scrubbing with a sponge barely slipped from her hands upon the question and she choked on her saliva. Namjoo turned to look at the pretty Nara and didn't know if she should lie or be honest.
"I'm just kind of glad Sehun's found someone," she told, "he always kind of isolated himself when I started seeing Taehun, because he thinks he can't be a part of our lives. He was always kind of lonely."
So...Sehun was a person like that.
"I've never met a girl Sehun has dated before," Nara went on, "it's really nice meeting you."
"Oh..." Namjoo slightly and awkwardly smiled before staring into the soap foaming around her hands.

"So, what kind of girl is she?" Taehun asked sitting Sehun down.
"It's...it's not really what you're thinking."
"Really?" Taehun smiled leaning into the couch and settling an arm on the arm rest. "How would you know what I'm thinking?"
Sehun opened his mouth to talk, but didn't know what to quite say. Was Taehun thinking that he was having sex with Namjoo? Or was he thinking that he was just dating her?
