The rest of Sunday was a blur. I really didn't do anything but think about that kiss. I even dreamt about it. Monday morning brought me out of another good dream about Elton, but I was finding myself excited about today. My own show.

As I showered and dressed for work, I wondered if he left, or if he stayed. I have to get him out of my head today and concentrate on work, this meeting is important. I have been working towards this for four years now. Buck up Natasha, eveything happens for a reason. With a strong mind today, I will do it!

I held my head high and walked into Mr. Cross's office, I showed nothing but confidence. "Good morning Miss Beauman, this is Mr. Alan Grey, he is the one that is interested in your line of photographs." Mr. Cross introduced the man standing next to him. Alan reached out his hand, gently took mine and placed a light kiss upon my knuckles.

"Such a pleasure to meet someone with such a great talent." he said. I blushed at his comment. He was a striking man, nothing like my Elton, of course. However he was well built, strong jaw line, he had light brown hair, wavy and cut short, but not too short. His eyes were a stunning shade of green, kind of aqua marine. Very clean shaved, for this meeting I would assume. He was wearing a tan suit jacket, with a blue dress shirt and tan dress pants.

"Thank you. What would you like to do with my photos, if I may ask?" I inquired.

"You see, I own a gallery up in Boston, I would like to have your photos displayed there. I would say for about six months, they should all easily sell in that time." he explained. "If you bring in enough money, I would keep you on longer."

Boston wasn't really far from where we are now, it was about a four hour drive. The Black Moon pack however, was in a quadrant of Boston, I believe that they resided on the east side. It didn't occur to me to check if this man is a wolf. I sniffed the air, and as I did, he gave me an award winning grin, and I knew that he is. Wonder why the grin though. "I would expect you to come and work at the galley while your display is there, you would have to help with some of the open houses that would feature your work."

I must have looked like a deer in headlights, I had to leave. I didn't want to leave, especially not to be closer to him right now. "Oh?"

"Sorry, that is the way all of our contracts are written." he said.

"Can I have some time to read it over?" I asked.

For a moment, a very breef moment, I thought that I saw annoyance flash in his eyes. I must have been seeing things, it was gone as fast as I thought it to be there. "Certainly, I have attached my card with my cell phone number, contact me if you have any questions, and when you are ready to come out. My sister has a place for you too stay if you need one, let me know right away, this offer does run out!" With that he left the room, Mr. Cross looked at me like I am stupid.

"What?"

"This is an opportunity of a lifetime Miss Beauman," he stated.

"I know, I just want to go over this with my lawyer to make sure that I am not getting taken for a ride, Mr. Cross." I retored.

The unfortunate part is the person that I want to look over this, is someone I am not ready to speak to about what had been going on, and I know that he is going to ask. Gary, Jeff's mate, he's my lawyer. His office is not far from mine, I'll call and see if he wants to do lunch. I just might have to spill my guts to get him to look art the contract.
