You're In The Olympics And He Finds Out/You Tell Him.
Calum:
Y/N has been going to the gym more than I have. And that's weird. Insanely weird. She's usually a lazy couch potato, just how I like it. But now she's extra active and going for walks and watching what she eats.
She's out to the gym, again. I got bored out of my mind without Y/N here so I did everything she'll do. I went outside for a walk, but when I saw the mailbox, there were three envelopes in it. I decided to open some mail.
First one was electric bills, second was management but the second one caught my eye. Olympics?
I laughed. Olympics? Who in this household would join the Olympics? For pole vaulting women? Then it hit me. Y/N.
Ashton:
We were at the gym we weekly went to. Y/N was doing the on-the-spot runs. I was extremely tired.
"Okay. Okay, I think we need to go home." I said, nodding my head. She didn't hear me and started doing the pushups. I walked to her and tapped her shoulder slowly. She fell on her stomach from the shock and let out a yelp.
She apologized to the people looking at us.
She took out one of her earbuds. "Ash, yeah?"
"We need to get going. I'm exhausted." I repeated.
She shook her head immediately. "No. I need more practice." She said, getting up to the the ots runs again. It was hard to understand her, she was panting so hard.
"Y/N, no. I can tell you're tired. And, practice? Practice what?"
She stilled and slowly turned to me. "Uh, I may or may not have been asked to go to the Olympics...." She trailed off.
"Olympics?!" I yelled. She quickly shushed me and apologized to the people giving us nasty looks.
"I'm in the Olympics, for 200m hurdle run." She explained.
"Whoo, my girl's a fit and sportsy person! I'm a lucky one here!" I hugged her, our sweat making our shoulders slip constantly.
Luke:
Y/N brought a pole into the car. For what? I don't know. We were visiting this park place we always go to; our secret hideout.
She was also wearing a sports bra and some spandex. I was dressed like normal, obviously. She also looked extremely nervous. Biting her bottom lip constantly and twiddling her fingers around.
I placed one hand in her lap, causing her to jump and immediately yell "Both hands on the wheel, Luke!"
She was always extra cautious on the road. Something about a traumatic event in the past. I didn't wanna bring it up because I didn't want it to be on her mind now, after a long time.
We reached our destination. We got off, she grabbed the pole out and walked to the park. We walked to our our spot; this small area in between two trees with the branch sticking out, almost touching each other. There was still a small gap in between them.
She ran up to the trees and jumped to place the pole on the branches. I laughed. "We're gonna go over this who's better at playgrounds thing again?"
"No, Luke." She sighed. "I'm in the Olympics. I'm doing the High Jumps for women. I'm representing the country."
My jaw dropped in shock. "What?"
"Yeah." She shrugged.
"When?" I asked.
"2nd Octob-"
"That's in 4 days!" I cut her off.
"Yeah... That's why I really need to tell you. Can you come to the Olympics to support me?" She said, looking up at me with her cute puppy dog eyes.
"You don't have to ask, you know I'm coming." She squealed and hugged me. I picked her up.
As I set her down, I said, "Can you show me?"
"Show you...?"
"Show me how you do it."
"Okay, but you be my cushion. When I jump, I need you to catch me."
"Catch you?! Bruh, I can't catch a lemon!"
She laughed. "Extra focus, you'll get me."
She jogged to a fair distance away from me. She ran, did a few duck kicks then sprinted fully, then she jump gracefully and I caught her, falling over in the process.
"I have such an awesome girl by my side." I said in amazement.
"More like on top." She laughed out loud, me joining her.
Michael:
Y/N was running a lot lately. When I call her over, she runs instead of drives. When I call her to make me something, she runs. When I say, "Let's walk the cats." she leaves me behind and runs to the park and back and to the park and back until I decide to head back home.
She just runs, in total.
"Hey, Y/N?" I call out. She ran downstairs to me.
"Yeh?"
"Why have you gotten more moving-around-y now?" I . so her, patting the spot next to me to signal her that I want her to have a seat. She shrugged, then sighed.
"I need to run." I looked at her confused. "I need to."
"What do you mean? Are you saying you wanna lose weight? Baby, you know you don't nee-" She smiled at me before cutting me off.
"No. I need to run. Practice."
"Practice? For what?"
"For..." She sighed. "For the Olympics."
"What?!" I screamed. More like squealed. Like a girl.
"Yeah. I'm doing the 3000m run. But, I'm a 1500m runner, you see. So, I need extra practice. Ayana is a 5000m runner, so she's got the upper hand. Dibaba is the same as me, so I'm having more challenge here. Plus, I'm representing United States. I need to win this, baby."
"Wow, okay. I don't know anyone you just listed. You'll win it, no doubt, but I mean, my girl, pizza enthusiast, couch potato and professional procrastinator, in the Olympics?!"
She giggled and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. Beautiful. Just beautiful.
She blushed as she caught me staring at her.
"Probably explains why you're so fit." I shrugged. "She's so fit, I'm insecure~" I sang Ashton's part, the bridge, in End Up Here.
"You'll do it, babe. I'll be there, your family will be there, mine will be there too, including the boys and their girls."I encouraged when I saw her fiddle with her fingers. "I know you can."
