Chapter 5

I woke up to my alarm clock, I heard my mom making breakfast, I decided to head down stairs. "Hey Sam, how did you sleep last night." my mother asked me while putting some bacon on a plate. "Good, I guess" I answered remembering last nights adventure with the boys. I smiled at that thought. "I'm glad to see you happy to start your new school" my mom said. I felt my smile slowly disappear from my face. I had totally forgotten about school. My mom seemed to notice how upset I was, "Don't worry Samantha, you'll do fine. You'll make new friends in no time" she reasured. She looked up at the clock on the kitchen wall. "You're gonna late if you don't start getting ready." she said. I went up the stairs and started to get ready. I decided to go with a black dress that wasn't fancy but casual. I put on my black vans and combed my hair. I grabbed my phone along with my earbuds and my bookbag. I headed down the stairs. My mom was already waiting for me in the car.

The school wasn't to far from my house but my mom had to go to work after dropping me off. We finally got to the school, I opened the car door. I had to head to the office so they could give me schedule and locker number. I walked towards the front doors, everyone was staring at me. I guess they already knew I was the new girl. I got to the office, "You must be Samantha." the Secretary said to me while i walked up to her desk. "Yea, I'm here to get my schedule and locker number." I replied. She smiled at me, she started looking around her desk and grabed a few papers and handed them to me. I started to turn to the door but was stopped. "Wait sweetie, I'm going to call a student down from one of your classes to give you a small tour." the Secretary said with a small smile. "Oh, okay." I replied. I took a seat.

After 3 minutes 2 boys I quickly recognized opened the door and walked into the office. "Hey boys, this is Samantha she is a new student here." the Secretary told the boys as she glanced at me. The two boys looked at my direction and I could see the look of shock in their faces. (I guess you guys wanna know who the two boys were, well one of them was indeed Luke. The other was a boy named Ollie whom I knew from twitter. He had been bugging me since I was in 8th grade. He clearly had a massive crush on me. He had expressed it towards me on several occasions.)
