Ok so my cousin was reading my story and she was a little confused. So I decided to clear things up.

Ok so you do live in Magnolia but the only difference is that there are a lot of wars around the world.
Magnolia is the only peace town with no wars but the Wizards still train for war.
You want to be powerful to be the best warrior like your mother. And be a leader like your father.
The the colleges are for humans but because your super smart they want you too.
Fairy tail academy is like fairy tail in ova but they also train for war.
That's why Natsu always tries to fight you because it's allowed. But you can't fight if your in class only before and after school.
