'Mom, I'm home!'
Lio shut the door and his stomach growled. He hadn't eaten lunch or breakfast!
Lio walked into the kitchen to find scrambled eggs in a pan with two slices of toast bread and a large cup full of orange juice.
He ate it all in a matter of seconds, and ran to his room to call Hunter.
They used to talk for long hours over the phone, but now they just go to the man cave.
Hunter didn't answer his phone, so Lio left a short message; Man Cave. Lio looked out the window to see someone running towards the man cave; Hunter.
Oh shoot!
Lio left the house and ran towards the man cave, but Hunter definitely beat him.
Panting, he crawled up into the tunnel.
'What's up boi!' Hunter exclaimed.
They hadn't talked in a long while.
'there was a girl in the field earlier today.'
Hunter laughed as if Lio was telling a joke. Not in a rude way, but literally girls never went there.
'Dude I'm serious!' Lio whined
Hunter paused for a second.
'Then...lets get her out. So.. She was playing soccer?'
Lio nodded
'Well, them we'll just beat her in soccer!! Girls are easy to beat in anything.
Lio tried to nod.
But he knew he was beat.
Beat by a Girl.

'Soo... What's the plan again?' Lio asked. His palms were soaked with sweat.
'Alright. What we do, is go to the park everyday until we see her there. Then, we'll challenge her'
'And... What if she says no?' Lio questioned.
Hunter gave him his most evil grin of them all.
' We accuse her of being a chicken. Come on Lio, she's a girl. I bet Nerdy Nico is harder to beat than her.'
Hunter bursted out in laughter.
Lio chuckled nervously.
He has no idea.
'Wanna start now?' Hunter asked.
'Uggggh I want to, but I have to go to this dinner thing with mom and dad' Lio sighed. Whoo. Got out of that plan.
'Okay, I have to go too. Maxi isn't feeling too well. And I'm supposed to be baby-sitting and Lauri-Anne. Victoria has a doctor appointment.' Hunter chuckled nervously.
Lio's eyes grew wide. Babysitting? He left his 4 year old sister alone!
Wow.
'Yeah, get back to that' Lio replied.
And they both ran in different directions

Lio walled in and shut the door. Instantly, his mom called for him.
'Elliott, get up here and change, we're about to leave!'
Lio did as told and ran up to his room.
Hmm...what to wear...
Lio chose between three options;
A red t shirt and basketball shorts
A flannel and khakis
A tuxedo
A flannel and khakis
He Put them on and ran downstairs to be greeted by his mother and father waiting for him.
'Let's Go' said Gloria.
So the three of them walked down the block until they reached the Adams' house.
Lio knocked on the door, and was greeted by Meredith, who was now wearing a long red dress with earrings to match.
'Come on in' she said with a smile.
They walked in, and sat down on the sofa, about to make small talk.
For 20 minutes, Gloria, Paul, and Meredith discussed school and other boring stuff that made Lio doze off.
'Oh! I want you to meet my children.
Adrian! Nathaniel! Matthew!
Aurorangeline!'
The three boys walked down, and Lio got a good idea of them. They all looked only slightly different, all the same chocolate skin color. All wearing matching Tuxedos. Lio felt a tad underdressed. But wait.. Where's Aurorangeline?
Lio wondered if the girl looked like her brothers.
Curiosity filled the room, as everyone wondered were the girl went.
'AURORANGELINE! GET DOWN HERE NOW!!' Meredith screamed. It made Lio jump.
A girl walked down the stairs, dressed...differently from everybody else.
And you won't believe who the girl was.
The same girl
Who was at the soccer field
Who beat him twice
Who would soon attend his school
And her name was Aurorangeline E. Adams.
