Michelle's POV

Waking up this time was different. I was still in the same bed where I've been sleeping for almost a week, but this time I woke up knowing I was in a house filled with supernatural creatures. That werewolves existed and that there was another world out there waiting to be explored.

I didn't move at first I just laid on the soft cotton pillows and thought, thought about everything that just happened in the last 24 hours. The truth that finally came out; secretes that were revealed, but with all that I just received more questions.

I lifted my fingers and traced my lips and smiled. I could still feel Derek's lips on mine when he kissed me back in the woods. So many things were happening that something deep inside was telling me that being with Derek was right. Just thinking about him made me feel lonely being in his room lying in his bed. I missed being in his arms when he made me feel like I was in a nice tight warm cocoon of warmth.

I sat up and noticed that the curtains around the bed were pulled closed.I ran my hands over the silky black bed sheets and then up to the dark cheery cashmere curtains. I pulled them back and got off of the bed and walked toward the balcony doors.

Goosebumps formed on my arms and I quickly start to rub them up and down to create warmth from the fiction. I could feel the mid-morning chill through the glass and I walked back towards the bed and picked up the phone that Derek left me. I slid my finger across the bottom of the Iphone5 screen to unlock it. Once I came to the home screen I clicked on the call icon and then the keypad option.

I dialed my father's number; one of the very few numbers I memorized by heart and waited to hear the dial tone. It rang and rang and I waited. I didn't know why I was calling him but somewhere inside me I thought he held some answers for me.

Just when i think he wasn't going to answer the phone someone answers in a scratchy husky voice. "Hello..?"

"Daddy? I'm sorry to wake you."

"...Michelle?....do you have any idea what time it is?"

"Actually no I don't...." That's when I looked back at the screen and saw the time on top of the phone. In white bold font 2:15am shined on the screen. "I'm sorry I called so early..err late, but there's something bugging me, and I thought you could help me out or at least have some answers for me."

"Michelle....First off I still don't know where you are you call me yesterday telling me your alive and fine yet I don't even know if your safe and second of all I want you to come back home immediately....."

He wants me come home? I mean I know I should probably leave but I didn't think Derek would like that idea very much. I looked up and my eyes caught the mirror over his drawers. My face had some light bruises around the cut on my forehead. I looked closely at them and noticed that they were fadeing as if the accident happened a couple weeks ago.

"Michelle are you listening to me?"

I slide my hand down my face and backed away from the mirror. I knew what I was about to ask him was going to sound weird but I needed to know if what I'm going through has ever happened to him "Dad this is really important...have you ever had any visions?"

I could hear his bed make noise through the phone so I knew he was moving around probably sitting up. "Dad...It's really important you answer that question."

I heard him sigh "No, Michelle I haven't had any visions..." I felt my heart sink in my chest. Maybe I was wrong maybe he didn't know anything about what was going on with me. "But your mother did." My heart stopped beating and the phone started to slip from my sweaty hands. I had to shake myself out of my daze to see if he knew more information.
