Sierra's POV
Mr. Wyatt was talking to us about how to deepen our character using our looks and personality. He mentioned how he used his large stature and beard to portray a creepy cult leader. I nodded in approval. That dude was scary as hell. I suddenly hear someone take the seat next to me. I look and see this blonde, lean, scruffy guy. He is very handsome.
"Sorry I was late. Can you tell me what I missed?" He asks. I am speechless. Instead, I merely push over the notes I had taken. He takes out his smartphone and points at them. "Do you mind?" He asks. I shake my head.
"No, go right ahead." My voice squeaks. He nods.
"Sweet." He comments. He takes pictures before sliding my notes back to me. "Thanks." He says. I smile.
"I'm welcome." I say. He looks at me in confusion. I shake my head to clear it.
"You're, you're welcome." I fix. He nods.
"Yes. So, my name is Dolph." He introduces. I shake his hand though he didn't offer it. It comes off as awkward.
"Me name Sierra." I reply. I roll my eyes. "Excuse me one moment please." I say. He nods. I walk outside the class to the hall. I take my phone out and dial Sasha. It rings twice before she answers.
"Hey, what's up kiddo? Enjoying your first day of school?" She asks. I laugh.
"If by enjoying myself you mean that I just came off as a complete airhead to probably the hottest guy in my class than yeah, I'm having a god damn blast." I snap. I hear silence on the other end. "I know, bosses aren't supposed to freak out like that." I say.
"Good, now it's okay to act stupid a couple of times, as long as you don't do it too frequently, he'll think it's your way of flirting. The trick is to go back and act confident." She advised. I nod.
"Got it. Now, how do I do that?" I ask. She sighs.
"Not by talking to your sister I'll tell you that much." She exclaims.
"Alright, fine, I'll talk to you in a bit." I say. "Bye sis." I say. I can tell she is smiling on the other end.
"Always here for you. Love you." She replies. She hangs up and I walk back into the room with my back arched as I confidently walk over to my chair. I sit back down and turn to him.
"I'm sorry, just wanted to get out of class so I just walked out for a bit." I lie. He shrugs.
"That's alright, while you were gone I had to call my brother and ask him for advice on how to talk to a beautiful girl like you." He assures me. I feel my cheeks blush in embarrassment. Damn it Sierra, you are supposed to be confident! I shrug.
"Did he give you any good advice?" I ask flirtatiously. He shrugs.
"I have no idea, how about you tell me." He says as he twirls my hair with a finger. This guy seems like quite the operator. I am trying to think of what Sasha would do. I gently grab his hand and shove it away.
"I guess it didn't." I tease. The bell rings and I grab my stuff. Dolph is rubbing his head in shock. I am at the door when he calls back to me.
"Hey Sierra, don't you want my number or anything." He offers. I smile and pull out my pen.
"You know I would, but my pen seems to have run out of ink." I lie as I turn around and begin to walk away from a bewildered Dolph. Sierra - 1; Dolph - 0.
Tiffany's POV
I am walking to my Dad's class, praying that he didn't hear anything about me having detention. Who am I kidding, my dad knows. I just hope he knows that it wasn't my fault and that I had nothing to do with it.
