Ch.2

I returned home still thinking about performing with Nao on the stage of Akibastar. "Mom, Dad I'm home." I said. My father appeared before me. "Where were you?" "At Nao's house." I said. "Doing what?" My father demanded. I sighed. I would have to tell him. Nao and I made each other promise we would tell our parents. "Ok dad I'm not gonna lie but Nao and I auditioned for AKB0048." My father's face was furious. "What?! No you can't go. Besides you probably won't even make the cut!" I stared at my dad,anger welling up inside me. How could he have the right to tell me I won't make it? That I have no skill? "Dad you're wrong! You shouldn't hate entertainment! You shouldn't hate AKB! And you can't tell me what can't do! I have the skills to become a part of AKB! You'll see I will make it in and shine!" I yelled stomping off into my room. I sat on my bed punching my pillow. Why doesn't he believe in me? The only one who does is Nao. My father has no fate in me whatsoever and I hate him for that. I heard a knock on my door. "Come in." I said knowing it was my mom because of her gentle knocking. My mom entered and sat on my bed. "Sweetie? Look it's not your father's fault he hates entertainment. It's just some people just don't like it." I looked at her. "But why mom? Why isn't it his fault? Why does he hate it? It's fun and cheers you up when you're sad." "I know. Anyways I hear that you auditioned," her voice dropped to a whisper,"Don't listen to your father. I know you will make it into AKB. That's why I made you this." She handed me a bracelet with Atsuko Madea the 14th and Chieri Sono. It was Chieri, the center nova, and Nagisa, Acchan, on one bracelet. My idols. I had way too many posters of both of them to count. I hugged my mom tightly. "Thank you mom." I whispered. "You're welcome. I know you will shine!" My mom replied. As soon as she exited my room I got a text. I picked up my phone, it was from Nao. It read: Rin-chan! We made it! AKB is going to have a concert here on Lancastar and bring us to Akibastar! I read the text twice. I made it I'm a trainee! I suddenly wanted to go downstairs and yell at my father but I resisted the urge to. Acchan, Chieri, Mariko, Yuuko, they're all coming to perform. I quickly texted her back: Omg! So excited! Acchan, Chieri, everyone's gonna be there!  I pressed send and laid down on my bed. Akibastar, Acchan, Chieri... Here I come to the shining stage!
