I just survive the most awkward conversation in the world or awkward convocations. I can't believe I started a convocation with Percy Jackson by saying 'Will. Gay.', seriously, that is so embarrassing! I came out for the second time with that. Now two people know. Percy, and my own Dad, Apollo. I need help. Percy seemed so calm about it.
"That's great dude! I mean, maybe Nico might like you back."
"Yeah right, he hates me. You should have seen him yesterday after his convocation with you, and then today he said he wanted to kick me with his cast and all. He definitely doesn't like me back."
Seconds after I said that he definitely doesn't like me back, I noticed Reyna was standing next to me with her mouth open. Then she quickly straightened up and shook her head.
"Um, may I just asked who wouldn't like you back?"
Oh. My. Gods. Now Reyna, praetor knows I'm gay. Could this day get any worse?
"You might as well tell her as she did kind of here you come out and all."
"Yeah, no thanks to you." I say, but I can't help but smile as soon as I said it. The thought of Nico came back into my head and I started giggle like a little girl while the other two just stared at me.
"Oh, right, I was talking about Nico. But you can't tell him, cause I'm pretty sure that he likes you even if he is gay. Maybe he's bi. But please don't tell him." I begged. This was the most I'd ever said the word gay aloud or in my head, and if had some pretty serious convocation with myself trying to convince myself I was straight.
"Maybe I won't have to. Maybe you could tell him yourself. That's kinda the reason I came looking for Percy. I want to tell you what Nico just told me, but since your here I guess you can listen to what I have to say."
At this point in time, what ever Nico had told her, probably would have made me like him more and him like me less.
"Well, he might have told me that when he got over Percy, sorry bout that big guy, but he moved onto someone else."
That was it, I turned around and started to exit. I couldn't hear that he liked someone. But I didn't get very far before Reyna snatched my arm and judo flipped me, placing her foot on my chest, sending a clear message of 'You move, you gonna wish you died in the war against Gaia'.
"He said that he has a crush on you stupid Apollo kid! You! The guy who likes him, see where I'm going?"
And honestly, I didn't. I was just judo flipped by a girl and told the Nico has a crush on ME! Not some other guy. ME!
That's when I got my strength back. I push Reyna off my chest and pinned her to the ground.
"If you're joking around to mess with me, you're the one who is going to wish you died in the war against Gaia."
Then I left and headed back to the infirmary. Each step trying to clear my mind.
