We are finally out of the hospital. We managed to get gee out of any trouble he was in, thanks to my mom.
We decided gee will stay in my room with me, after all he is the father of my unborn child, and the closest to a father to my 12 month old.
Helenas birthday is today, also. My mom invited everyone, mostly because this will be the first time they see me since i have been found. We have been getting ready for two hours now. My mom is determined to make this perfect, after all, this is only the third day with her grand child. She keeps insiting she is there for baby jester when he is born. I keep promising she will be.
Pretty soon,people start showing up. I get alot of hugs,and gee gets alot of glares. Eventually i have to tell them all what happened, and how gee nearly killed his baby brother to save me and my children. After that story, gee gets many hugs.
"Oh! Kieran.. Your daughter is just lovely!" my moms friend smiles and coos to helena.
"Thank you."i smile and pick her up. "Im sorry. I just dont want people touching her right now."
"Oh hunny i understand." she says in her new jersey accent.
I smile and walk away, looking for gerard.
"Excuse me! Excuse me. I have an announcement." gerard yells out behind me. We all turn around to see gee standing there. "Kieran. I love you. So much. If i could go back,i would have beat the shit out of my brother the second he showed you to me. I should have. I juat couldnt bring myself to do it. But its over now. And i hope you can forgive me for not doing it sooner. But i love you. And ihave a question for you. Will you marry me, kieran?"
