Cara found herself sitting on the Ravenclaw, isolated from everyone. She didn't want to be around anyone at the moment, she just wanted to think.

Why is she hearing voices?

Can anyone else hear them?

What do they want?

And most importantly, who are they?

It seemed that no one knew the answers to these questions and she couldn't ask them without seeming crazy.

Michael was strumming away, waiting for his bandmates to get their shit together.

Calum, per usual, was being an annoying little shit and was currently banging(me) Ashton's drums while Ashton tried to stop him without getting hit in the face.

Luke was standing in front of a microphone, probably wondering why he's in the band and how much he hates them.

They have written many more lyrics but they still needed to figure out the melody, music notes, etc.

Calum finally stood up and went to get his corresponding instrument so they could begin their rehearsal.

Luna had entered the Great Hall, looking for Cara so they could catch up on things even thought they saw each other the day before.

In the short amount of time that Cara has been at Hogwarts, Luna had become quite fond of her. Maybe it was her hair, Luna always liked Cara's crazy hair. Or perhaps it was Cara's sarcastic remarks that made Luna so attached. Even if they were opposites, Cara was the sister Luna wished she had.

Spotting Luna, Cara waved her arm in the air, signaling Luna over.

"Hello," greeted Luna, in a light airy voice. "How are you?"

"I'm good," Cara smiled. "You?"

They both continued to talk, waiting for the boys to finish talking. They discussed about their classes and other random nonsense

"The blood in my veins is made up of mistakes. Let's forget who we are and dive into the dark, as we burst into color and return into light," Calum sang.

"This must be a new song," muttered Cara. "I've never heard this song before."

"Well it's really good."

After they were done rehearsing, they made their way to where Cara and Luna were sitting. As Calum sat next to Cara, he flashed her a smile, making Cara's insides go crazy.

-

Sitting on the edge of her bed, Cara debated wether or not to send her parents a letter. It would've been the first time she has tried contacting them since everything happened.

She got up and opened the window, her face getting hit with the cold air. Luna wouldn't mind if Cara used her owl, would she? Oh well. Cara tied the letter to one of the owl's feet and set the bird free, hoping to receive a reply sooner or later.
