Starkids?

Hey guys! I am finally updating! I am really sorry for the delay but I have a little more time now to write so the updates will hopefully be more frequent now. :)

This chapter is a bit long (not really)...so have fun reading! Oh and Joey will be in this chapter along with Joe Walker! (If you don't know who those people are, you need to go watch A Very Potter Musical before you read this chapter..so go watch it NOW) :P

Jenny's P.O.V

Oh my gosh! Darren Criss is in my car! THE Darren Criss! Harry Freakin' Potter!! Sorry...just having a  little fan-girl moment. But can you really blame me? I mean it's Darren Criss! My idol! Ok....calm down Jenny, it's not a big deal. Oh what am I saying? It definitely is a big deal!

"So Jenny," Darren said pulling me out of my fan-girling (only a little), "where are you from?" Darren has been asking me questions since we left the hospital. He even asked me about my family. Why is he so curious about me?

"Well, I grew up here in a little house with my family. We have moved around a lot but other than that, I have lived in the same place." I could tell by his expression that he was actually interested in my boring life story. I wanted to ask him about his family and how many times he has moved around but then I realized that he doesn't even know himself. It's kind of sad really..

"So where are we going? I heard you mention something about Starkids. Who or what are Starkids?" Darren asked. Wow...he really doesn't remember anything. Who would have thought that Darren Criss would forget all about Starkid?

"Well," I was trying to figure out how to explain it. "It is kind of hard to explain. Starkid is a theater company that you and your friends from college created together. You call yourselves Starkids and so do all of your fans."

"We have fans?" Darren was shocked at the idea.

"Well of course you do! You guys have fans all over the world. Not to mention..." I blushed a little, "some really big fans..like me. You guys have created many different productions. Like A Very Potter Musical, a fan made production based on the Harry Potter series."

"Harry Potter?" He still seemed really confused.

"That one I won't be able to explain fully, it is pretty hard to explain. However, you guys were a big hit on Youtube, an Internet video sharing site," I had to explain Youtube to him because I doubt he remembers it at all. "For each of your productions, you wrote your own songs and everybody loved them, including me. Most Starkids even know all of the words. People love you and your music!" I glanced over at him when I finished talking and he seemed to understand a little better but he still seemed a little confused.

"I write songs? Good songs? And I sing them? Am I even a good singer?" Out of all people, I have to convince Darren Criss that he could sing?? This could take awhile...

"Darren. You are one of the greatest singers I know and your songs are amazing!" As I was saying this, I started pulling into the street in front of Starkid Manor. "Here let me show you," and with that I turned on my CD player and "As Different As Can Be" was the first song. Perfect!

As we listened to the song together, I parked in front of Starkid Manor and turned towards Darren to watch his reactions to the song, hoping it will bring back a memory. No luck. He was still confused and a little freaked out about the song's lyrics. Great...he doesn't recognize it. Well, then again it's just Brian and Joe singing. The song doesn't even have Darren in it, so of course it doesn't help.
