Part 1: Northolt

Alice was on the coach, travelling down the M1, going to RAF Northolt, in London. It was her first week long camp, despite her three years in the ATC. Behind her, she could hear the exited chatter of the new Recruits and the tired chatter of the Senior cadets.
In front, there were the Corporals and Sergeants, talking about relationships, or something.
She wanted to become a Corporal, but there was one problem. She was a mute. Not even by choice.
She was let in because of her extensive knowledge of hand signals and sign language.
The coach was five miles out, and already hitting the traffic.
She decided to rest her eyes, and before she knew it, everything went black.

She dreamed of some sort of small room with separate beds and two girls in the room. One of which looked like her. The other seemed pretty, you know, on first glance.

Alice woke up suddenly.
She heard the distinctive sound of a Leerjet going overhead. We were here.
She saw the accommodation site and wondered who her roommate was to be....
