Kiss and tell~Stydia Au

6 years later

this is now 6 years after Lydia and her mother left beacon hills.

lydia pov

''morning babe'' jake says to me as he turns around and plants a kiss on my forehead

''morning honey'' i reply as i get out of bed wearing jakes shirt and my underwear. ''i will go make you some breakfast babe''.

''no Lyds  i made waffles and fruit for you in the kitchen , i know you worked hard at the university all week'' jake gets up and grabs my hips, whenever he does this it takes me back to the day when stiles was teaching me how to dance. ''jake you know last night really helped me stretch out my sore muscles if you really want me to relax maybe instead of baking we could...'' i bite my lip and move in closer towards him. Lyds although i would love too i have to get to work and i am afraid if i start with you i can't stop, so when i get home we can do lots of that like so much''. 

''fine i love you''

''i love you too babe'' bye says as he walks out of our apartment.

i run my fingers through my now shoulder length hair i cut it a few years ago just about after i graduated from portland high school. leaving beacon hills was hard but i never went back and i vowed not too. i live in new york now with my fiancé jake, i met him at my work he was the I.T guy fixing my computer and i was the new professor at NYU. we fell in love quick and got engaged after a year.

my phone starts to ring 

Call from Scott

me, kira and scott talk regularly which i never thought i would say. After i left about 4 moths later he came to visit me he wanted my advice about something. i had no clue what it was but then he told me he and kira wanted to get married because he got her pregnant. i was honestly shocked but i told him how i felt and now we are really close friends just like the way we use to be . he also apologized about allison but by then i forgave him. 

''hey lydia how are you'' he says in a weird tone

''hi scott i am fine jake just left how are you'' i asked concerned 

''i did not want to tell you this over the phone but'' he stops and i can hear him over the phone starting to get emotional 

''scott what is it''

''kira has lounge cancer she is dying lydia ''

''scott i am so sorry, i will be there tomorrow i will see you then''

i hung up the phone and sat on my bed  i felt a tear run down my face.

i waited till jake got home from work and then i told him 

''jake kira has cancer. she is dying''.

he said nothing he just gave me a tight hug and held me in his arms as i cried ''we will leave tonight lyds pack your stuff''.
