Things have been rather quite which was a relief Roman and I settled into marriage pretty well..my step-mom's family wasn't happy with what we did but Dad and Stephanie supported the decision and we're okay with it..we still kept Big E around he has become part of the family so to speak...I was fully back at work which I was loving of course at lunch Roman and the guys would come by...today was no different...I was going through some orders when I heard the door open "Hannah can you get it."
Hannah poked her head over the display "Its your husband."
I smiled "Let me guess Dean and Seth are with him?"
She grinned "And Dean is looking mighty fine today."
I pushed away from the desk and walked around "Hey.."
Roman pressed a light kiss to my lips "Just wanted to check on you before we went back.."
I nodded "In one piece.."
He nodded "Let's keep it that way..."
I nodded "Planned on it.."
Roman nodded pulling me to the side "Do you have the gun I gave you this morning?"
I nodded "By the cash register..and Hannah and Jada know."
He nodded "I know you think I'm being over bearing with this but I don't think this over...I agreed to this but I'm not letting up I'm keeping you safe...I'm not letting Kellan lose you...I don't want to lose you."
I placed my hands on his chest "I'm not fighting you on this Roman...I hate the feeling of checking over my shoulder but it's becoming normal far more normal than I like but until Lou is out of the picture I have to deal with it."
Roman tucked a stray hair behind my ear "I just want you safe..."
I nodded "I know...hopefully soon we can just be as normal as we can.."
He smiled "Are you saying when this is over you're going to stay married to me?"
I nodded "Yeah..."
Roman took my face in his hands then leaned down and kissed me..he pulled back slightly "I love you."
I smiled softly "I love you too..."
He sighed "I gotta go back to work...Kellan is staying the night with my mom.."
I nodded "Okay..it will give me a chance to clean his room tonight since I'm not opening tomorrow."
Roman kissed me again the left...
I smiled to myself and went back to work...after Hannah and Jada left for the day I stayed behind to finished a last few things...I laughed as Big E danced around helping me out...I shook my head and ducked behind the display to get my phone when I heard the door followed by a gun shot I knew I couldn't get out so I text first name it happened to be Dean *NEED HELP NOW!!!!* I picked up the gun keeping it at my side as I unlocked the safety....I came face to face with an older man.."Who are you?"
The man smiled "You're even more beautiful in person...your have your father...my boy's eyes.."
I gasped "Lou..."
He nodded "You're bitch of a mother stole you...let that fucking cop adopt you...my boy died..."
I shook my head "Your son tried to kill my mother....he was a murderer!"
Lou shook his head "I just want to know my granddaughter I was robbed of that!"
I scoffed "By trying to kill me..by running me and my son off the road...by stalking me....you put my family the people I love in danger..."
