*Roman's pov*
I still was coming to term that by the end of summer I'd be the father of 5....Ali was now 6 months along..she was a little bigger than she was with Liam and Madi but not much but the babies were healthy and growing perfectly...we found out back in March we would be welcoming a boy and girl Ava Katherine and Blake Roman...Liam wasn't exactly thrilled about getting two more siblings but Madi and Kellan were very excited..I rolled over seeing my wife sleeping peacefully beside me...I placed my hand on her stomach grinning as I felt them push against my hand..I whispered "Mornin kiddos."
Ali mumbled her eyes not opening "If you're gonna get them started you can at least hold me."
I pulled her into my arms "I can manage that.."
She sighed "Is it bad I don't want to go to work today."
I chuckled "No because I don't want to but we got two more little terrors on the way."
Ali groaned "Damn super sperm."
I had to laugh "You complain now."
She looked at me "Try being the one to carry your children you freak of nature."
I tilted her head up pressing a kiss to her lips "And I love you beyond belief for that...you've given me soon to be 4 beautiful gifts...you opened your heart completely to Kellan."
Ali smiled "I love you.."
"Mommy daddy you wake?"
I looked over seeing our 3 1/2 year old and very soon to be 5 year old "Yeah...come on up.."
Madilyn smiled widely and climbed up bear in tow "Hi.."
I smiled as Liam climbed up too "Be careful...watch out for your mama."
She burrowed under the covers between me and her mother while Liam followed suit "Kay daddy."
I smiled softly "Okay.."
Liam looked wide eyed and a little terrified "Something pushed me."
I raised an eyebrow as Ali cracked up laughing "What?"
Ali laughed "Liam it's just the babies...they know their big brother is here."
Liam sat up pulling the blanket back "How they hit me?"
She sat up taking his hand placing it on her stomach "Feel that?"
He gasped "Mama..."
Ali smiled "You know not that long ago you were in mama's tummy kicking your daddy and Kellan..."
Liam looked at me "Really?"
I nodded "Yeah...you were a kicker...Madi was a pusher."
He nodded "When will they be here?"
Ali smiled softly "Just a couple more months."
Liam nodded "Okay..."
She smiled "Alright my monsters time to get ready for the day."
I laughed as they all 3 got up and left...I got up and made our bed then got ready for work...I looked up as Ali walked in "They ready?"
Ali nodded as she started to get dressed "Watching cartoons as we speak."
I smiled as I watched her dress in these legging like capris and this oversized flannel "Flannel?"
She smiled at me as she did her hair in a messy braid "New item at the shop...perfect pregnant shirt."
I laughed "Guess I'm used to you all dressed up."
Ali smiled starting her make up "I'm 6 months pregnant with twins...they best be lucky I'm not going in sweats and a tshirt."
I pressed a kiss to her neck "And you'll still be absolutely gorgeous."
She smiled "Suck up.."
I smiled letting my hands rest on her stomach "Me never..."
Ali turned her head pressing her lips to mine "You need to go.."
I nodded "I'll drop Madi off.."
She nodded "Thank you baby..."
I nodded "You're welcome.."
Ali kissed me again "Go.."
I laughed and got my bag and left with Madi...the work day was in eventful..I sat at my desk with my feet propped up "Hey Dean.."
Dean looked up "Yeah?"
I smiled "How's the wedding plans going?"
He groaned "I'm already tired of cake, flowers, and all that...good thing I'm not planning on ever doing this again."
I nodded "I've done it twice."
Dean shook his head "To the same woman...and second time you two were still married."
I nodded "True but I get ya...but the 2nd time was far less stressful than the first."
He nodded "How is Ali by the way I haven't been able to see her between this and preparing for Addy's 4th birthday.."
I nodded "She's good getting uncomfortable I imagine but she's in high spirits she's getting the kids prepared for the twins' arrival.."
Dean nodded "But are you prepared man...5 kids."
I laughed "I think I'm more prepared that Ali is...I don't think she'll make it to August.."
He raised an eyebrow "Is everything alright?"
I nodded "Yeah...well you know she didn't get very big with either Liam or Madi...I just don't know how her body is gonna handle two babies for 3 more months."
Dean nodded "She's a tough one man...I think all 3 of them will be just fine.."
I nodded "Me too..."
He nodded "Good.."
I nodded after work I was walking to my truck when my phone rang "Yeah dad?"
"Me and your mom have the kids...Ali was feeling rather tired so I told her we'd keep the kids tonight so she can rest.."
I nodded "Thanks dad...you got the kids stuff?"
"I ran by the house and got some stuff of course had to check on Ali too Naomi and Jada sent her home.."
I nodded as I got in "I'll see you guys tomorrow then....give the kids kisses from me."
"See you tomorrow son and I will."
I nodded "Bye dad."
"Bye.."
I hung up and left after stopping by and getting dinner for me and Ali I headed home..walking in I saw my wife sitting on the couch in tears..I sat the pizza down quickly rushing to her "Babe are you alright?"
Ali nodded wiping her eyes "Yeah its this damn movie.."
I looked over my shoulder and sighed "Steele Magnolias...baby you've seen this a million times."
She hiccuped "I know.."
I moved grabbing the pizza sitting it on the table..."Dig in babe I'll get drinks.."
Ali nodded "Thank you.."
I had to smile as I walked into the kitchen...we settled in for a quite night in without the kids....because heaven knows we had a hell of an adventure ahead of us
