"Turn uuuupppp!!!" I mocked the little girl from vine. It was my birthday and I had invited my friends over last night, and since everybody was up and in the dining room, this is how I'm making my presence be known.

Technically yesterday was my birthday, but I will never claim a Friday the 13th birthday, so everybody acknowledges it the day after.

"Ooh aye, aye... Turn up... Ooh aye." Alana said before we did the shmoney and started laughing. She is usually the only one to get ratchet with me.

"Good morning everybody!" I went around kissing everybody on their cheeks.

"Happy birthday Mani!" They shouted.

"Where's dad?"

"He's coming, take a seat." Mom pointed to dad's usual seat, which had balloons tied to it.

"Does he know about this?" I raised my eyebrow. Dad be tripping about sitting in his seat.

"I do, sit ya lil ass down." Was all I heard before a cart covered in food was wheeled in by him.

"Let's make a musical.ly." Alana beamed. Gabby wasn't here yet, she had a competition today.

"Which one?" I'm addicted to snapchat, but Lana is more than addicted to musical.ly.

"The missing chicken one, I'll start." I nodded as she started to set it up on her phone.

"Girl
What?
I just came out the kitchen
Out the kitchen?
And I'm missing
What you missing?
Bitch my chicken
No legs? No thighs? Woooow"

We lip synced along, laughing after we finally got it done.

"Alright Ghetto Ghetto and the twin, sit down so we can eat." Whenever Gabby, Alana, and I got together, dad would always refer to us as 'Ghetto Ghetto and her two twins.' For the longest we didn't know what that meant until we watched Atl for the first time.

"You gon be a hater all ya life?" I mocked his famous saying before sitting down.

"You got jokes, I see. Let's see how many you have when you see that invisible car pull up tonight."

"I'm sorry, please don't do that to me." He ignored me, and proceeded to bless the food.

He wouldn't do that to me, sure our bond isn't as close as the one he has with Ant, but we're still close.

"So, after we're done eating, I'm gonna go get your outfits and finalize everything for tonight." Mom said

"Imma go look at this venue and make sho shit straight." Dad spoke. "And I'm droppin Ant off at Alex house."

"Ok, and the rest of us are going to spoil Mani." Bray spoke up. He's been acting weird all week, I wonder why? I'll ask him about it if we're ever alone.

"Nah. I ain't rich like the rest of you who seem to think money grow on trees. My broke ass will get you a pretzel or something." My other guy best friend, Jamel said. We all laughed.

If you're wondering mom and dad don't mind us cussing, as long as we aren't being disrespectful about it.

"Why the fuck you lying... Why you always lying?"

"Mmmmohmygod"

"Stop fucking lying."

We all started singing.

"Yall don't know me, y'all don't know my life."

"Bruh we've never seen you wear the same pair of shoes twice. If that's your definition of broke, then the rest of us is borderline homeless."
