Draco's POV
Why did Astoria ask her to stay?? It's not like I wanted that stuck up Gryffindor ruining a night with my friends. But I soon came to the conclusion that I just had to grit my teeth and deal with her, or Astoria wouldn't let me hear the end of it.
If it made me feel any better, I don't think Granger was enjoying this any more than I was, which actually slightly boosted my spirits. Slightly.
I let her hold Cassie while I walked hand in hand down the stairs with Astoria. When we approached the living room, Theo, Blaise, and Pansy began to stare at us.
"What the bloody hell was going on up there, mate?" Blaise asked.
"Yeah, we heard loads of yelling," Theo added. I just shook my head while Granger let out a defeated sigh.
I sat on the arm chair between the two couches (that Blaise, Theo, and Pansy were sitting on) with Astoria on my lap, and Granger sat on the floor, cradling Cassie in her arms.
"Say Draco, do you have anything strong for us in this place?" Theo smirked. When he said this, Granger's head snapped up and she looked him dead in the eye.
"There will be no drinking in the presence of these children, or else I'm going to have to ask you to leave," she said firmly.
Theo just shrugged. "Ask away, Granger, but this is Draco's place too, and news flash: you can't control everything." Granger just rolled her eyes and returned her attention to Cassie.
Theo turned to face me. "I honestly don't know how you put up with her, she's a nightmare."
"And it's only the second night," Blaise added.
"I don't know," I answered plainly.
"Draco!" Pansy squealed. "Can we play Truth or Dare? Please?"
I sighed and looked over at Granger, who seemed to be repulsed by the idea. "I guess so, Pansy."
"Yay," she squealed again. "I'll go first. Blaise, truth or dare?"
"Truth."
"How many people have you shagged? Notice I said people and not girls just in case you were thinking of coming out anytime soon."
"Pansy!" Blaise yelled defensively. Pansy just giggled and waited for him to answer.
Blaise huffed. "Around eight or nine girls."
"That's it?" Theo said, raising his eyebrows.
"That's a lot!" Astoria exclaimed.
Theo muttered, "Not really," but luckily, Astoria didn't catch it.
"Okay it's my turn. Draco, truth or dare?" Blaise asked me.
"Dare," I said, without even thinking about it.
"Okay," Blaise tapped his chin. "I dare you...to...kiss Granger." He added the last part quietly. My eyes widened and I looked at Astoria sitting on my lap.
"No way! I have a girlfriend you idiot!" I yelled at Blaise.
He just shrugged. "You chose dare. Now you have to follow through."
Astoria gave me a look as to say, It's fine, go ahead. She slid off my lap and sat on the floor while I awkwardly stood up and made my way over to Granger.
I'm pretty sure she knew I was standing right in front of her, but chose not to acknowledge me. I cleared my throat and she looked up at me.
"Yes?" she said impatiently.
I just went for it. I quickly kissed her lips and pulled away. She looked shockingly and angrily at me.
"Malfoy, what the hell was that for?" she asked, her voice rising.
I pulled at my collar. "Well...erm..you see, Blaise..." I tried to say, but I couldn't finish my sentence. Granger briskly stood up and walked towards portrait hole.
"That's my daughter you're taking!" I yelled after her.
"She's my daughter too you inconsiderate little twat!" she yelled back, not even looking over her shoulder.
I sighed and angrily turned my attention to Blaise, who was nervously laughing and avoiding eye contact.
A/N Hey sorry I haven't updated in a while. I've just been busy with school stuff and I was trying to come up with an idea for this chapter. Anyway I'll try to update the next part as soon as possible.
