Draco's POV

"Nice going, Blaise. Now she's got my child with her!" I scolded him after Granger left.

Astoria rolled her eyes at me, something she rarely did. "Honestly Draco, let it go. It's not that big of a deal anyway."

"Drakie, maybe we should just go back to our dormitories," Pansy sighed. Astoria shot her a death glare. She hated when Pansy called me that, and so did I.

Thanks to Granger, my night was ruined. All my friends wanted to leave, and I didn't even have my baby. I watched as the four of them filed out of the portrait hole.

I collapsed on the couch and loosened my tie. It was only the second night and I was already wanting to leave. But honestly, I had nowhere better to go. My mother only spoke to me on occasion when she wasn't in her room, and my father was locked up in Askaban.

I sighed again and grew tired. Instead of sighing for maybe the sixth time tonight, I groaned this time. All of our classes were adjusted so that me and Granger had the same exact schedule to fit our "parenting lifestyle". Luckily enough, none of the professors gave us homework since it was only our first day handling a child.

Speaking of handling a child, where the bloody hell was Granger with mine?

I thought of where she could be, but soon realized a slightly important job of being Head Boy. I had to do nightly rounds with Granger.

I quickly got up and grabbed the schedule from the kitchen counter. I scanned it and ran out.

First, I went to Gryffindor tower (which was on the other side of the school) to fetch Granger and Cassie so we could do our rounds.

I got there around ten minutes later and spoke the password to the Fat Lady. Being Head Boy, I had the passwords to all the houses in case of emergency.

I stepped inside and was overwhelmed by the brightness of the room. However, amidst all of the color, I spotted Granger and the Weasel's sister sitting on the couch in front of the fireplace.

I walked over to them and immediately began to speak without their consent. "Granger, since you've so clearly forgotten, I came to tell you that we have to do our actual jobs and patrol the hallways tonight."

Weaselette gave me a disgusted look while Granger jumped out of her seat. "Careful!" I scolded her, pointing to Cassie in her arms. She gave me a sheepish expression walked back out the portrait hole, shouting, "Bye, Gin!" over her shoulder.

A/N I know I'm sorry this was such a short chapter. I've just been sort of busy and I've been trying to update at the best opportunities. I hope I can update soon so hang in there!
