A FEW HOURS LATER
They docked in Neverland. Emma woke up to the sounds of the crew yelling orders. She got up and put on her jeans, boots, gray wide sleeve tank top, and signature leather jacket. She looked at the desk and there was a sword sheathed on the table.

You win. Said the note attached. She put the sword around her waist and walked up the deck seeing the island in front of them.

They were on the land in a matter of minutes.

"What are we doing here?" She asked.

"Long story" replied Will.

She smiled at him and he smiled back. Hook saw this and got a little jealous. He immediately shook it away.

After walking around for a while they found where they usually camped and set up. It was dark out so they say around the fire and told stories that definitely interested Emma.

"How about you Swan?" Asked Will. "Got any good stories to share"

Emma blushed a little. No one saw since the fire wasn't that bright. She looked up and across from her she saw Hook looking back at her.

"My stories are boring. Nothing like yours..just princess stuff. Balls and all that" Emma replied.

"Tell us the most exciting one you've been to then" Hook said and they crew agreed.

"Okay ummm. My 21st birthday my parents threw a masquerade ball for me. I hated everything to do with the life of a princess but masquerade balls always interested me. So those were he only ones we threw. That night I.."

"You what?" Will gasped. "Did you meet a guy?" He and the rest of the crew laughed including Emma.

"Actually yes. He was amazing. He seemed uncomfortable though. So I'm guessing he wasn't a prince. But anyways, I looked for him for months but had no luck so I gave up. He left the ball a couple hours after it started and we shared a lot in common. The love for the sea, hating royalty, wanting to escape our life and wanting to start over. But I'll never forget the man I danced with that night. I just wished I got his name" Emma finished.

Everyone but Hook had there eyes widened. They knew that the man she danced with was Hook. Hook and Emma still didn't know it was each other.

"What did this man look like?"
Will asked.

"Uh. Blue eyes, dark hair, long brown jacket, black boots, accent" she described.

Hook doesn't wear his long jackets anymore. It's just his vest, shirt, boots, and leather pants.

"What kind of accent?" Will asked again.

"Iri--" Emma stopped before she could finish the word Irish. "Oh god.." She realized who it was and looked over at Hook who sat up straighter. "Hook can I talk to you?"

He nodded and they both walked a while before they were far enough from the camp that no one could hear.

"Did you know?" She asked.

"Not a clue" he responded.

"God I'm so stupid" she muttered to herself.

"No you're not lass. We should've know but obviously we didn't. Let's just head back to camp" he suggested and Emma nodded.

Emma couldn't get the thoughts from the ball out of her head. She liked the guy she danced with but how can it be the same guy who took her away from her family? Best apart about it. The crew was her new family. Once they arrived at the camp they kept listening to stories before everyone fell asleep.
