Harry's POV
~CHAPTER 19~
I knocked on Melody's door but heard no answer. "Hello?" I said, and rang the door bell I looked down at the ground and saw a note. I picked it up and began reading it.
Dear Harry,
I had the time of my life last night. I ran away because I am just so confused right now. I am not home because... I cant even write it, it is too depressing. Harry I love you and I want you to know, I am... Again I can't write it. To find out please see McKenna and ask her.

My heart shattered in to a million pieces. "How stupid am I!" I shouted I quickly ran all the way to MacKenna's house and banged on her door.
McKenna answered the door. "Hello Harry." She said sniffling. I assumed she must of been crying.
"Do you know where McKenna is? What is she so depressed about? And why she she didn't tell me anything?" I said a little pissed at Melody.
"I don't know what you mean." McKenna stuttered. I knew she was lying.
"Here!" I said handing her the note. As she read it she began to cry.
"Melody is going to board a plane to LA. She is on her way to the airport right now." McKenna said wiping the tears away.
"So why is she going to LA?" I asked.
"She got a scholarship to an acting school there. Her flight leaves at 4:00." McKenna said not looking at me. She couldn't look at my eyes but I guess I understand why.
"So why didn't she tell me and why is she so depressed!" I asked.
"She wanted to tell you but she loves you so much it would hurt to say goodbye. She was afraid saying goodbye and telling you would change her mind and she really wants to go to this school." McKenna said handing me back the note.
She was about to close the door but I slipped my foot in the crack so she couldn't close the door. "Thank you, and sorry you lost your best friend." I said looking into her eyes with sympathy. "Now where is the airport? I must see Melody one last time!"
