I awoke to someone shaking my shoulders, and my first instinct was to punch them. I shot my fist out, and made contact with whatever was above me.
"Ow!" Someone yelled and fell of me. I shot up and opened my eyes, to see Felix on the floor of my tree house holding his nose. Blood was on his lip and I assumed I most likely broke his nose.
"What do you want, Felix." I grumbled, stretching my arms above my head.
"Pan wants to see you." He said, still holding his nose and trying to stop the bleeding with his cape.
"Then why didn't he come here?" I asked, getting up and going into my room to change.
"Pan doesn't make personal visits, Rose." Felix drug out my name for some sort of effect. I rolled my eyes and pulled on my clothes. I walked back out to the main room in the tree house and found my weapons sitting on the small table in front of the sofa.
"Why not? It's not like he's the President of the United States or something." I laughed, putting my cloak on and lacing up my boots. I stood up and climbed down the ladder
"Who?" Felix asked, following me down the ladder.
"Never mind. Why does he want to see me?" I asked, heading toward the camp.
"His shadow visited him last night." Felix said, and sped up to walk past me. I chuckled and followed him, pulling my hood up and over my head.
We walked for a while in silence, the only sounds were the animals in the forest and the crunching of leaves and twigs as we stepped on them.
"There's two of them! Get 'em!" A woman's voice rang out behind us and I was tackled to the ground. I kicked the people who grabbed me, trying to get out of their grip. Huh, deja vu moment.
I heard Felix grunt just ahead of me, and suddenly everything went black.

People were talking around me, and I kept my eyes closed, trying my best to hear anything they said. They were talking about defeating Pan.
"We have two of his boys, it's leverage. We can trade them for Henry." A female said.
"No, Pan won't do that. He will just leave and get two more." A male voice disagreed with the woman, and I resisted the urge to laugh.
"Pan wouldn't replace us. We're too valuable to him." I heard Felix say, and I sucked in a breath. Valuable? Why would I be valuable to him? No, Felix is just saying that. I'm not valuable.
"Why are you valuable? What, are you the best hunters?" The first female said, and I got tired of not knowing who was talking. I opened my eyes and cautiously looked around. The people surrounding Felix and I were the same people from the camp last night.
"Not quite." A British voice said from behind Captain Hook. Everyone whipped around to see Pan leaning against a tree. "My favorite Lost Boys have much more talent than you think. Hand them over, or you will never see Henry again."
I kept my head down, keeping my face hidden. "No." Someone said, and I looked up to see Emma in Pan's face.
"That's your answer, then?" Pan chuckled and glanced back at Felix and I.
"That's my answer." Emma said, nodding her head.
"It's not the right one." Pan smirked and waved his hand at Felix and I. He was leaving us! I kept my eyes on Pan's, glaring daggers at him.
Suddenly he wasn't there, and the wall of a tent like building replaced him. I looked around the small tent. A cot sat in the corner, with a small table next to it. A small lantern was on the table, and papers were scattered across it and under the cot.
I heard an exasperated sigh next to me and turned my head to see Felix laying on the ground, holding his head. "Told them we are too valuable to Pan." He laughed, sitting up and wincing at the pain in his head.
"What do you mean by that?" I asked, giving him an annoyed look.
"That's not for him to tell." Pan's voice said behind me, and I turned around to him, giving him the same look. "Excuse us, Felix."
Felix stood up and walked out of the tent, and Pan sat on his cot. He motioned to a small chair across from the cot, and I sat down in it.
"Why do you want to talk to me?" I asked, taking off my hood and crossing my arms. I gave him a smug expression and narrowed my eyes.
"My shadow visited me last night." He started, leaning forward to brace himself on his knees, returning the same smug expression I gave him.
"So I've heard. Why does that concern me?"
"He said you have powers." He raised an eyebrow and I bored my eyes into his green pools.
"I can tell when people are lying, that's about it." I shrugged, crossing my legs. Powers? I'm not a super hero or something. I would know that.
"You don't know what I'm talking about?" Pan asked, a perplexed expression replacing his smug one. I just shook my head and gave him an innocent look.
"What did the shadow say about me? He's told me I have powers before, but he never told me what they were." I shrugged and sat up a little straighter in the chair.
"He said you had powers like mine. Only a little more, powerful in certain areas." Pan scoffed, obviously not believing I could be more powerful than him.
"What am I supposed to do? How do I use them?" I asked, uncrossing my legs and leaning on my knees. He just smirked at me and stood up.
"I have to go train my boys, a fight is close upon us. You can figure it out, can't you?" Pan chuckled as he left the tent, and I stormed after him in rage.
"Get Felix to do it. If I can use my powers, I can be of help in the fight. You will help me, and I will help you." I said, grabbing his arm and turning him around. My nails dug into his arm, and I knew I would probably leave marks when I let go.
"You smell that, Rose?" He asked, and I just looked at him totally confused. I just yelled at him in front of all his Lost Boys and he's asking me if I can smell something?
"What?" I asked, slightly tightening my grip on his arm. I could hurt him, I knew that much.
"Smoke." He said and motioned behind me. I whirled around to see the fire in the middle of the camp roaring higher than I had ever seen it. I took my hand off of Pan's arm and both of them started to shake. I did that?
"How did I do that?"
