Breakfast tasted bland in Leona's mouth. After yesterday, food hadn't appealed to the saddened girl, all she wanted to do was sit, staring at a wall and not move. However, being at school meant she had to force herself out of bed and to get dressed and eat.

Who knew it would hurt so much? Who knew Draco could hurt her so much?

Wandering aimlessly through the hallways, no friends to turn to anymore. Suddenly she felt a hand wrench her backwards and she went flying into someone's chest, a position that was unfortunately becoming very familiar.

She opened her mouth to scream from fear but at the sound of Blaise's voice she froze, "Don't. Even. Try."

He ripped her wand out of her hand and shoved her forward, placing a blindfold on her eyes which blocked her vision completely. There were no microscopic holes to provide a sliver of light and so as she was pushed forward she was completely oblivious to where she was. He held her hands in an iron grip so she couldn't struggle her way out his grip.

"Now, you must know why this is happening?"

"No! I ended the friendship and I know you saw." Leona exclaimed, attempting to walk straight in the darkness, heart pumping loudly. She just tried to keep the conversation flowing to stall.

"Ah, you saw me then? Took you a while to realise." smirked Blaise, "But I know what else has been going on, what you said to him."

Leona was at first confused but then realised what he meant and spluttered, "B-but we were alone! The was no one there, there was no way you could have heard!"

Blaise laughed, "You weren't alone, I heard everything. Quite funny actu-"

Zabini was cut off by Leona, she suddenly turned a lashed out with her foot. Hearing a groan, Leona knew she had hit her target. He had let go for a split second and Leona scrambled for the blind fold but as she was about to reach it, she felt her legs whipped out from under her.

Using the advantage of being able to see, Blaise had tripped Leona so she lay on the floor. Groaning in pain from the impact, Leona tried to get up but felt a heavy foot on her stomach. "Nice try. But you have just made it a whole lot worse for yourself."

Leona gulped at the threatening tone and winced as Blaise gripped her hair tightly and yanked her to her feet. He kept a tighter grip on her this time, going back to taunting her.

"So, you love him now? Is that it?" Blaise's tone was infuriating and she felt the heat rising in her cheeks.

Leona gritted her teeth, "Shut up."

Blaise thumped her in the back and she stumbled forward, "It's true, then?" He laughed, obviously finding her humiliation amusing, "Who knew Mudbloods could love?"

This time Leona kept her mouth shut, fearing another blow. Suddenly, she felt Blaise's hand on her shoulder and he pulled her to a stop. She heard him whisper 'Mudblood' and realised that he was saying the Sytherin common room password. Leona felt her heart begin to race, being anywhere near this place was negative.

As she felt the wind of the portrait swinging open, various hands suddenly grabbed her and yanked her in the room. She stood still and then felt a sudden blow to her stomach and gasped loudly, falling to her knees. Unable to see, she relied on her other senses to asses the situation.

She heard laughter ringing and then felt another kick in her back, knocking her on her stomach. She groaned in pain and tried to get back up but felt a heavy boot her back. She struggled but could not stand, causing the laughter to increase.

The blindfold was then ripped off of Leona's face and she felt the weight lifted off her back. She soon realised she was surrounded by a bunch of Sytherins, all with the same look of hunger in their eyes. She was about to scramble to her feet when a wand was pointed in her face.

"Don't move an inch." Leona froze, fearing the powers that wand held and what they were capable of. She felt somewhat empty without the safety of her wand to protect her, as though it was more than a weapon, but rather a friend and protector.

Blaise spoke again, his smirk infuriating, "This is going to be way too fun. Now, are you going to tell everyone here about your feelings?"

Leona sat up but did not attempt anything else and shook her head, cheeks turning bright red.

"Go on, I'm sure they won't mind hearing, " he paused, "oh wait! They will because they don't want a filthy creature like you anywhere near their friend. So tell them and see what happens, go on?" Leona shook her head again, eyes slowly filling with tears. Blaise pointed his wand at her head, pressing it against her forehead lightly, she whimpered softly. "Tell them what you said."

There was no arguing with that tone, "I t-told him... I told him, " she lowered her voice to a whisper but it was heard anyway, "I told him that I loved him."

Laughter erupted from all around and Leona's cheeks burned with embarrassment. "Isn't it such a shame that he doesn't feel the same way? And you had to turn against him? We're you ever confused as to why he hated you?" Leona's head snapped up at Blaise's words, that having been exactly what she had been wondering about for ages.

"Ugh, the Mudblood's dirtying our floor." Pansy groaned and Leona glared at her but then turned back to Blaise.

"So you do want to know." Blaise smirked, "Well, I have to say that is thanks to my genius. After all I did tell him you were using him to give information to Potter, obviously a lie but-"

There was a sudden 'thud' and then a shocked blonde came into view. Blaise continued without even batting an eyelid, "Hello Draco, look what the thestral dragged in."

For some unexplainable reason, a wave of relief rushed through Leona at the sight of Draco. His eyes were wide, "You lied. I believed you but it was all a lie."

"Oh, you heard that. I was only trying t-"

"You lied!" Draco yelled, "I trusted you and you lied!"

"Oh dear, I thought it was going to end like this," Blaise suddenly lifted his wand as Draco was about to lunge for him, "Imperio!"

Draco's face went blank and the relief Lena had felt for a split second washed away from her body as he went to sit in a chair, powerless to do anything.

But watch.
