Carlos' Point of View (2 Weeks Before)
"Carlos! Where are you?" I quickly run out of my mother's mansion, hoping I don't get caught and get an even worse punishment.
Before I can really escape, I bump into a hard chest. I look up and see Jay, my closet friends of all time.
"Slow down little buddy." He holds my shoulders and I feel a warm tingle where he's touching. I struggle to hold a giggle, but succeed in the end.
"Hey Jay. Can't talk. Escaping mom." He nods and let's me go, but I feel coldness creeping the area he let go.
"CARLOS!" I run as fast as my little legs can carry me and made my way to Auradon.
"Took you long enough." I look up and see Jay smirking at me. I know my face is a fiery red and I'm panting like crazy, but seeing Jay makes my breathing harder and my face redder.
"H-H-Hey Jay." I try to wave but I'm exhausted.
"How'd you get here so fast?"
"I'm fit."
When I finally catch my breath, I see Jay clearly.
"Hey! You're not blurry anymore."
"No duh." He gives me an arrogant smirk and I think I just lost my breath again.
"You okay Carlos?" Oh, so now he worries about my well-being,
"Yeah, whatever. I'm just glad I escaped my mom."
"Why don't you just live in the dorms for a while?"
"Good idea!" But before I can really make my escape from my mother and go into the school, Jay grabs my wrist. The tingles go up the arm and spread throughout my whole body. This time, I couldn't resist my giggle.
"Did you just giggle?" Jay puts on his signature smirk and tighten my wrist a bit harder. This time, a warm feeling went up my arm and all the way to my cheeks. I know for a fact, that my cheeks are as red as a tomato.
"Is Carlos blushing?" He pulls me very close to his body and it felt so right. Like my body belongs with his.
"Yes. What are you going to do about it?" I move a bit closer, which pretty much gave us no space at all.
"This."
