Okay
Those are the words you want to here from me... right?
I've tried to be better. I've tried to be good enough. But it just never works. Never.
So I decided to settle on just being okay... just once.
I did all of this for you
Since I can't be good enough I could just stick to seeming okay.
I'd cover my scars with bracelets. I'd smile at you and laugh with you. I'd talk much more when I'm with you.
I'd wear baggy clothes to cover up my rolls of fat.
I'd wear make up to cover up my flaws and hide the bags under my eyes from my insomnia every night.
I'd eat around you and be normal.
I'd to anything for you. To make me seem okay. To make me seem normal just like everybody else.
Just to seem okay
I keep thinking about this... everyday and every night. Whenever you ask me if I'm okay? Of course my answer would be
"I'm okay :)"
I mean.. that is what you want to hear from me... right? :)
