Duet (Sunggyu)

I found the picture funny so I had to use it hehe.

You were a rookie solo singer and you were trying to get yourself known. You did duets with many people but it wasn't with the person you have always dreamed of singing with, his name is Kim Sunggyu.

It was a dream to sing with someone who had an amazing voice like him. One day you were in vocal practice when your manager suddenly enters.

"_____(y/n) I have some news for you"

"Oh what is it"

"You have been specially requested to sing a duet with Kim Sunggyu"

" Oh my gosh really"

"Yes, and he's on his way here now to start practicing with you so go get ready, he will be here soon"

You get yourself ready and wait for him to arrive. About 10 minutes later you hear the door open amd there he was.

"Hello I'm ______(y/n), its nice to meet you"

'Its nice to meet you too, I'm Kim Sunggyu "

You welcomed him and you started to look through the lyrics and ypu could see that it was a love ballad, a very passionate one. How was I meant to concentrate with the song when it was going to sing a love song with a ver talented person. I pulled myself together and began to practice.

You both practiced and practiced until it was perfect, you both sounded amazing together, you didn't want it to end. It was getting late and so you both decided to go home as you had to perform tomorrow.

The next morning you got yourself ready and made your way to the studio. When you got there you looked for Sunggyu , after 5 minutes you found him.

"Hey _____(y/n) you ready"

"Yeah but I'm really nervous"

"You will be fine just relax"

And with that you were called on stage, you performed the best you could. Staring into his eyea made you relax more and sing with so much passion. Whilst singing you and him moved closer and closer together, you two were just inches away from each other, your lips almost touched.

The song ended and you both stood there staring into each others eyes. A cheer exploded from the crowed and you both started to smile, you turned to the crowed and bowed. This was the best day of your life.
