You went home after you had a small conversation with Dongwoo. You told him at first that you and Myungsoo didn't break up, but you decided to tell him that you're just teasing him because he seems serious about it. It seems Myungsoo really said it. And why would the most adorable rapper would lie to you? He is the nicest person you've ever met. That's why you told yourself he should be the one to believe to.

And Sungyeol? He was caught red-handed. He was lying about Myungsoo. You pretend you didn't know, or at least you didn't care.
