Part 6

"Guys I need to talk to you" was the best way I could get my friends attention and as soon as I said that they whole group looked at me with worried eyes. 

"You can talk to us about anything Harper, you know we're always here for you" my best friend Hayley says. Hayley has been my friend for over 10 years so telling her I'm leaving will be the worst. 

"I don't think you'll feel that way after I tell you this" I say with a worried smile. 

"What could you possibly say to make us not care for you" harmony says with a slight smile that has a hint of worry in it. I just sit there for a couple of minutes trying to think of the best way to tell my best friends who have been there for me through everything that I'm leaving. 

"Come on Harper, you're scaring us now" Ellie says with a broken voice. 

I sigh and take a deep breath in...well here goes nothing. 

"I'm leaving and by that I mean moving"was all I managed to say before the tears took over.

My friends all looked at each other with confused faces and then back at me. It was dead silent until Hayley begins to speak, "I don't understand, we don't understand. What do you mean? Where are you moving to? Why are you leaving?".

"I'm going to tell you everything I know,ok?"

"Ok" they all reply in sync. 

I take another deep breath in and begin...

"I found out last month that my mother had been planning for us to move out of town and I just thought she meant move away from the place where we had the memories of dad and Sarah(my sister) so I completely understood and agreed with her decision. Until she told me where we weren't just moving, we were emigrating. I'm moving to California guys." and with that said I was breaking my heart.

"Your moving to America. Tell me this is a joke, please Harper. This can't be true" they all say.

"I'm truly sorry guys but it is" I reply. 

"When do you leave?" Hayley asked.

This was the worst part...
